Fabulous! Food was awesome with the deal going on for the day, buy 1 get 1 free. Walked right in, no wait, ordered and got our... food. The only thing I have an issue with is the Peach Iced Tea. I asked before ordering since we love it! Was told by cashier,it's not working so well, very watered down, but the Lemon Iced Tea is good. Ok, went ahead with a drink. Normally, I only drinkwater, but gave it a try. Well it was watered down as well with no flavor. Ended up just drinking Diet Pepsi. It was all good.Seems like the Peach ???? Tea is never working when I'm there ???? they were very busy with lots of orders after we arrived.People never stopped coming in from picking up orders online to ordering and sitting down to enjoy ???? will be returning soon.Enjoy the friendly atmosphere of being there. My wife and I like garlic but this had so much garlic I was still tasting it the next day. Food was not hot, barely warm enough.... Other than that it would probably have been very good. Service was fast & friendly. Read more

Usually pretty good but way too much sauce. I ordered crispy chicken seems like they split one crispy chicken into two orders,... (not a fact just a good comparison) ate abojt 2 pieces in my large bowl. Had to stay over at work and only had a 30 min break soi grabbed it and left but then got it work and opened my food. I normally don't leave reviews, or I leave good ones as those are few and far between. However, I was disappointed in my... visit to Piada yesterday, and hope this improves so I can continue to come here. We did enjoy the food, but finding a cleantable to sit at was impossible. I ended up cleaning one of the food- covered, sticky tables myself so my daughter and I couldeat. I could almost understand this if they were slammed, and with today's climate of short staffing. However, there was oneother couple there and us. No one else came in to order during the time we were there. So basically, plenty of time for astaff member to come out and clean tables. Instead, they laughed and talked loudly at the counter and in the back. I wasyoung once, but always made sure my work was caught up before I messed around. Not only is a dirty dining room gross in and ofitself, but it is unacceptable while we are still amidst Covid society. Would love to return, but my standards for cleanlinessare much higher than this. For the last few months this place has turned to garbage. This is the third time I’ve had incorrect or cold food. This time... even the ingredients advertised did not appear - just lettuce! Shown below. Sad that something that was good has turned to junk. Read more

Pasta dishes are delicious, the bread items I'm not a fan of. It's kinda like a Italian Chipotle inside, it was mostly clean,... not packed. It did seem as though training new people so the cashier seemed kinda confused. Read more

Oh how I love my hometown Piada... Not only have I worked here through so many fun times, struggles and have a history of... meeting my son's mother at this location. I've been through the ups and downs as well as witnessed the ups and downs. I canremember a full restaurant with a line to the door for hours. I have literally made friends and family at this Piada location. Agood friend of mine just took over this location and definitely know he has his hands full in making it as great as can be. LastSaturday I stopped in only to find the doors locked and a sign indicating Online orders only due to staffing shortages, sad buta reality for so many local businesses. We ran with 7-9 employees on a typical Saturday night and they had 3...I couldn'timagine. The struggle is real with staffing. I placed my online order and the food was still great and in a timely manner. TodayI had lunch and while the food was still great, my only issue was uniform. All staff should have aprons and hats on, only thecashier Tony had his hat on and one line member didn't have an apron or hat, no one else had their hat on or hair nets. Come onya'll, it's food service... Not going to make a deal about no masks either, I don't enforce at my business but people do care."Karen's". I know Adam will get this location on par as he just took over. My Farmer's Market salad was awesome this afternoon,but please make sure everyone is in uniform and presentable, it makes a difference when competing with so many local quickservice locations in the Belden area. Competition is real with Chipotle, Cane's, Panda Express, Dibella's, Firehouse, Giordano'sand so many other locations! Set yourself apart! Raise the standards! I wish I could help, but I've got my own business to runand it's a hotel open 24/7. Will always be returning and want to see improvement to where we used to be.
