Went here on Saturday October 8 at 640pm and ordered chicken bites & fries box and a separate medium fry. Pulled out onto road,... went to get our food out of bag and as soon as I stuck my hand in the bag I could tell the food wasn't hot, grabbed it out andit wasn't just not hot it wasn't even warm they MIGHT have been room temperature. So we went back thru, told them we didn'teven want fresh food I just wanted my money put back on my card. So they were in there with my card for several minutes and thencome back and the guy says, "my assistant manager is on his way in, I can't do this and he said to come back at 8pm. So theygive me cold food, can't give me my money back and you want me to come back to try to get my money back again!?!? Think youmight want to consider getting rid of some employees and get some in there that actually know what they're doing!! Guess Ishould add to this that when we got the cold food we were the ONLY customers at the place...kinda makes me wonder if they didn'thave the fries and chicken bites pre-made and they had made too much and weren't that busy so they were just sitting there???? If you want to work at a place that?s mentally okay for you, this isn?t it, sadly I?m not talking about customers, I?m talking... about staff who give attitude and sarcasm first meeting you. I applied and ditched after the first 2 people gave attitude firstphone conversation. Further processes into hiring, I could tell they?re also disorganized and communicate poorly, if you need toput your mental health first, this isn?t it for you. Read more
The best cheese sticks by far. Fresh oil on yummy. The manager made me chili cheese ranch bacon fries that were awesome.
I asked for honey mustard and no onions on my chili hot dog. I did not get any honey mustard and there were onions on my hot... dog. Also, my drink was not even filled up the whole way. I could understand if it was busy, but I was the only customer. Read more
Everything was cold. It took a long time for the order. Online it said my sandwich came with lettuce tomato onion pickle mayo... mustard. It's hard one pickle and when I brought it to them managers attention. He tried to argue about it. Never again. Dangeryour money. Read more
Well you cant leave zero stars so they get one. First off boneless wings are on website,but in store. They told us we had to get... regular wings and it will take 10 minutes to make them. We waited but they forgot to put entire order in bag. When we called tolet them know they said we need to bring all the food back WITH the bag to "make sure" items weren't in the bag. This way allthe food will be ice cold and everyone has to wait another 45 minutes to eat. Yes, Rallys I'm going to waste over $5.00 in gasto get $3.49 worth of chicken nuggets.The person on the phone hung up on us when we asked why we need to bring everything backand that people here were ready to eat. When we got back to the store they said they can't take the food back. (Duh!) , Why werewe told to bring it back? When we said we would just appreciate a refund the manager told us to "just calm down" This locationis a waste of your time. Read more
