We go here at least once a month if not more , last night we went and the service was horrible . We were seated and it took 15... min for the waitress to come over , took 35 min for biscuits and we had to ask another server to get them for us , meanwhileeveryone around us had theirs so it wasn’t a matter of them not being up . No refills were given until I flagged waitress down. Crab legs came out cold and without the cracker to open them , and with no cover over them. I asked for more napkins and ittook another 10 minutes. Mashed potatoes had a covering over them as if they were sitting out for a long time . I got sickhalf way through the meal and had to leave . I called and talked to the manger and she gave a full refund , however it’sreally upsetting in this day and age where it Is a real treat to go out to eat to have food and service that is terrible. As aserver I would never give this kind of service . They were not that busy so there is no excuse . There were even two servers ontheir phones Will not be returning. Stuffed my self to the gills! Can't help it! Could sit and eat nothing but cheese biscuits all day! They are so addictive! Disappointed. Website portrays Endless Shrimp on Mondays. Even called the restaurant earlier today to confirm and was told yes.... Should have known better when the parking lot was nearly empty when we pulled in. Asked the server who explained that EndlessShrimp is a not a special during August. We should have inquired hostess before being seated. Felt guilty leaving after we hadalready been seated, but wish we had. Spent more money on dinners we really didn’t want. Nothing the server did wrong, he wasfriendly and apologetic and was tipped accordingly. But your staff needs to learn the menu or know the daily specials whensomeone calls. Well it was weird. Something about not having straws. We actually had to ask for silverware when we got our appetizers. The... waiter was slow. Either that or the kitchen was simply slow. This is one of the better Red lobster locations. I love Red lobster in general, however some are quite lacking in service. The... service here is good and the server is well informed of the menu; which I can appreciate. We came for a late supper and my onlycomplaint is that the signature Red lobster biscuits did not come out first or with the salad but later with the meal. Read more

Excellent experience, food and service was awesome. We had the coconut shrimp and shrimp and grits, both very good !

Our server Elizabeth was great. She was fast with bringing out food and drinks. Everything taste delicious!
