Went there like right when the gentleman was locking up, he didn't have to, and I really appreciated that he went out of his way... to make me a tuna sub. Eat fresh! Well...apparently this subway didnt get the memo. My bread was stale. Chicken had a lot of hard pieces throughout.... Veggies were okay. Customer service was terrible. I think the chick with raggidy ann red hair would have died if she had tosmile. She did the bare mininum for her job. No greeting and no goodbye. Gives you your receipt and walks away. Ill be going toother subways. The convenience of it being in walmart doesnt even begin to make up for its poor service. Read more
The manager was taking care of every customer and had me waiting. The lady before me sandwich was toasted, prepared and cashed... out before I got assistance. Then the person got helped as soon as my sandwich went in the toaster and never didn?t ask if Iwould like it toasted. She also served to other ladies sitting in the lobby tea before helping me. I place mobile orders with a couple extra simple instructions on them and this location always gets it right. I dislike that... it?s in Walmart because I don?t want to go in there, but this one is so much better than the one a little bit down Tusc so I?mwilling to go in.
