Clean restaurant. James C. Was my sandwich professional. Good service even when taking abuse from a doordasher who got irritated... bcz I wanted 4 sandwiches he stayed professional and tried to help everybody as needed. Customers where understanding bcz Iordered 4 footlongs custom but dasher wasn't happy. Even though he tried to please everybody. Can't win them all in customerservice. Would recommend this location to anybody over the others in canton. Read more
The store is clean, and well organized. James C was our sub maker. He was nice, kind, and professional. He engaged in... conversation. He had great customer service even when another customer was rude to him, because I ordered multiple subs. Read more

I showed up here at 1:15pm for a quick lunch break from work. The doors were locked and no one was there. Hours posted say this... location opens at 9am but apparently not today. I understand staffing shortages are a big thing in the service industry, butwithout signage explaining what the deal is, this experience was extremely upsetting. Read more
REALLY depends on who is working... there's an older guy that has worked there for years. Literally one of the nicest people.... Always does a fantastic job. Toaster was down today and I had received very cold sandwiches. (online order) He didn't get anattitude whenever I brought it back. He remade them and heated the meat and melted the cheese. Toasters are a fairly recentaddition to subway and this guy knew exactly what to do to still provide a hot sandwich. He's truly an asset to Subway andshould be given a raise.
