This place is an absolute joke. Staff (Misty and a new hire) was not friendly at all, had the audacity to tell us it was going... to be a 13 minute wait (ended up being a 45 minute wait), and the whole place smelled like rancid urine. While waiting for myfood, the phone rang numerous times before it was finally picked it up (who happened to call to complain). Surprisingly, thefood was still pretty good. Wingstop has my sons favorite wings. Most of the time, we order to go but recently he wanted to sit inside. Upon walking in the... door, the place was super dirty. We pushed a couple small tables together while we waited for our food. Both tables had driedbbq sauce on them. We were going to wipe them up ourselves but, there were no napkins to be found (at a wing restaurant??..) soI asked an employee to please wipe down our table. Upon sitting down, we noticed even more trash on the floors and bbq saucewiped on the walls (probably bc there were no napkins) When we got our drinks, the whole drink counter was sticky with spilledpop. All I kept thinking was, if this is what the dining area looks like, I don?t even want to know how they keep the kitchen.There is clearly no one going around at all throughout the day to clean the place up. It?s really a shame to serve customers insuch a gross environment. Finally got our wings.. they were good but again?. No napkins. Finally before we left, my husband wentto the restroom to get some toilet paper to use to wipe our hands and surprise? there wasn?t any. The food here is always good . The fries were excellent but this time around I was disappointed the fact that I get my food and... open my container that contains my boneless chicken and the chicken that I got looks like I got the scraps from the bottom ofthe barrel.this isn?t my first time ordering from here. Been ordering here for a while but today will probably be my last. First off went to place my order usually in at a minimum... twice a week to where the older guy knew my face but couldnt remember the name and saying "ill remember it one of these times".Going through my normal order and he typed in cheese fries on accident and didnt notice till i got my food no big deal ithappens. Took almost 45 minutes to get understanding collage football are gonna be busy days. Got my food went to the car andchecked it before i left. Noticed he gave me cheese fries which cheese makes me extremely sick. When i went back in with them iwas ignored for almost 10 minutes till i finally had to say something to get their attention as he tried to walk past me againand decided to argue with me on something he typed in wrong. He pushed as if he wasnt going to replace my fries till i told himim lactose intolerant then decided to get me new fries and set the cheese fries on the back counter as if they were going toserve them to the next person. So as im waiting i hear several different fries they needed for orders. I then watch around 5orders after i said something go out waiting near 20 minutes for new fries as my food has been sitting for a half hour i go towalk up to the counter again and then he jumps to get mine next. Finally go home afterwards and figured the other fries i hadwere cold and soggy the tenders tasted awful and ended up sick from it. I dont want to blame the staff fully for this as it wasbusy for being so short staffed. But theirs issue on both the restaurant and management levels that need figured out. Read more
Wings and voodoo fries are damn near perfect everytime. People up here are relaxed and make it almost like i visit friends at... work. Dining in is always chill and quiet. Got the game on usually on Sundays. Just make it worth wild to stop in for a weeklywing kick. Read more
Dinner and a show! Ordered food and sat down watched the Man Behind the Counter call his buddy up on the phone at the front desk... and start cussing them out while 4 of us are standing in the lobby. Then later on a woman came in and he asked if it was pick upor if she was ordering and she said she was going to order so he told her to hold on grabbed a cup walked around the counter tothe drink station filled up his drink sipped the drink then walked back to the counter and ask the lady what she wanted. One ofthe greatest customer service things I have ever seen. ???? Food was pretty good wished they used gloves but overall prettygreat dinner. Read more
1st time here and will be back. The food was impeccable and the employees were kind and attentive. The bone in Wings I had... ordered were a good size and smothered in sauce... the boneless were the same. Only complaint would be the online orderingsystem was very finicky... Read more
We ordered 2 wing combos each with a side and a drink for delivery. Upon receiving the order we did not receive either side or... drink. I called the store and they offered us to come in and pick up the sides and drinks. Being that the original order wasdelivery I didn?t have interest in going to the store to pick up and I didn?t have interest in eating my wings cold after goingto pick up the rest of my order. I asked if we could just get reimbursed for the combo and just pay for the wings. The manageron duty did not have authority to do this so stated that the manager who could would call in the morning.
