The pizza was excellent! Really good sauce. I got a deluxe, which they call something else.
Really good food hamstrung by poor customer service. The online ordering doesn't work, the workers are barely communicative,... and once they actually took a pickup order and when I showed up to get it the door was locked and no one answered. Tried Zavarellis for the 1st time today - Heard many good things about the pie and this Big Mikes Sub.. Ordered from a 3rd party... delivery service (1st time ever doing this) so expectations were low. HOWEVER, pretty quick delivery coming from E Canton toPerry (45 min), Pizza was very good, the big mike sub - isn't really for me but if you like A LOT of meat on your sub this isfor you... Ordered a medium Za and garlic Parm wings. Wings were rushed and RAW. Had to finish them off in the oven at home in fear of... feeding family and friends RAW chicken. There was minimal sauce on our ZA. I have never been disappointed with Zavarellis beforethis evening. It will be a LONG while before I order from Zavarellis again. Darn shame because they are a mile up the road andwe love family owned business. But undercooked chicken is NOT ok. Period. Read more
