This is a great place to stop to get a sub. They do the best that they can. It?s a staple in Canton where you can go and order... what you like in other towns. Sometimes they don?t have certain breads but that?s okay. The cookies I got last Friday were notdone. I tried to eat them but they were pretty gooey. I left them in the bag, brought them home, and baked them again. I?m notsure how you mess that up but I would think that procedure is pretty standard. Visually you could see if they were done ornot. We aren't from the area and we stopped in to order a few subs. (Sunday 9/25/2022) I don't know the young man's name, but he was... absolutely phenomenal. He was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the initiative to make my sub the wayhe would have liked it done. I really appreciate the extra time he put into making our experience a pleasant one. A lot ofpeople don't bother themselves if the patrons aren't local or regulars. Stopped for lunch during my motorcycle ride to Utica, NY. Very clean facility, in fact one of the cleanest Subway restaurants I... have ever visited. It was clear to me that the franchise owner cared about the customer experience, because the staff wasfriendly and very competent. The restroom was spotless and to top it off, there were breath mints on every table (comes in handywhen eating sandwiches containing raw onions). I highly recommend a visit if you?re ever in Canton, PA. Read more
Never enough staff but everybody is really nice. Good food if you have time. Order online if you can.
My family and I have gone here for the last 7 years but it seems like the last year or so they've gone downhill. They never have... my order done on time and they never seem to have bread. What kind of sub shop never has bread? The people they hire actincredibly incompetent and take their sweet time making the subs. Miss how this place used to be. Read more
They don't seem to care about the safety of others. We was there 11/6/20 and they were serving people without masks. Even know... they had a sign on their door. I don't know about you but a Subway hoagie is not worth dying for. Just my opinion ???? Read more
Was at another Subway in Mansfield the other day in the Walmart, they wouldn't give you the toppings you like. But here it's... night and day. It's like a Subway should be and they load your sandwich making it to your specifications until it's perfect. Thestaff especially was nice to talk to. They were nothing but polite and we even shared a few laughs. Read more
