There aren't many restaurant options in Canton and even fewer (basically none) in Inwood, so Pizza Ranch definitely fills that... void. Clean, plenty of seating (including a conference room), but somewhat cramped. Multiple pizza options on the bar, plusfried chicken, potatoes, and salad. Also soft-serve pizza, dessert pizzas, and soft-drinks. A small parking lot outside. Read more
