10/2/22 THEY LITERALLY HAVE DOGS IN THIS PLACE! Not front of house but where the employees enter and prepare food. While waiting... in my car for a carryout order, by the door where employees and delivery drivers enter and exit the building, I witnessed afemale manager wearing a blue shirt and a regular clothes male carrying a dog enter the building. My wife shortly exited thebuilding with our order and I told her what I had seen. While sitting there in complete shock, we witnessed another employeeexit the building to smoke a cigarette with an even larger dog following him!!! MULTIPLE ANIMALS IN THE BUILDING. 38 years ofliving and I've never seen anything like this. We returned the pizzas and were given a refund (not by the manager) Girl in frontwas embarrassed and said she has no control of what goes on and that the dogs are usually in the office... So it's a regularthing. Also stated we weren't the first to say something about the dogs inside. All management at this location needs to beterminated immediately! We will be following up with the health department and all proper channels to get accountability. It'sone thing to choose to have animals in your home but it's a whole different thing to bring them to work and let them hang outwhere you're working and preparing food. Handmade pan pizzas are always good. Not stingy with toppings. Sometimes short staffed. Sometimes too busy to answer phone to... take my order. Read more
I have given this place so many chances and tonight was the last straw. This was the THIRD time I?ve had to drive to get my... order after placing a order for delivery. Order was placed at 6:12 PM on a Monday evening. Website said it would take 32minutes max. After waiting an hour, I tried calling the store to check on the order. No one would answer after repeatedattempts to call. Finally drove up there. The employees blamed it on a new driver, but this is the third time this hashappened with this Dominos location. Also, the phone was ringing when I was there, and the employees acted like the phonewasn?t there. Not even an attempt to answer and put them on hold. Completely ignored it. Other customer reviews say they havebeen told the phone doesn?t work, but it was ringing and ringing when I was there. Seemed to work great, but a working phone isof little use if no one will pick it up to answer. Was given lukewarm pizza that was quite bad when we sat down to eat it. Tasted like pizza that was leftover from the day before (which kind of makes sense because at this point it had been well overan hour since it had evidently been made). Also, one of our pizzas was not even cut into slices, which isn?t a really big deal,but just goes to show how apathetic this domino?s actually is. Typical Domino?s! They?re quick to take your money but not to fix their mistake. I ordered a medium pizza and some honey... barbecue wings the pizza was correct the barbecue wings not so much! These were some kind a habanero wing that I did not orderafter trying to call them on their mistake and spending 20 to 25 minutes on hold with nobody answering I just gave up it?s verysad that I paid in cash and have no recourse as a consumer. I ordered a pizza online at 8:11pm. My confirmation email said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes, which would be around 8:45... giving them a little extra time. I pulled up to the drive-thru window at 8:56pm, no other cars or any people inside. The guysaid that it is still going to be at least 20 more minutes because he?s the only one in the store that can make the pizzas andthere are 5 orders in front of mine. There were at least 4 other people in there working that I could see. How does no one elseknow how to make pizza when you work at a pizza place? What is the point in paying employees to stand there and do nothing?Needless to say, I didn?t have anymore time to sit and wait, so I left without any pizza. Read more
Use to be the best Domino's around, not anymore. It's literally impossible to get them to answer the phone. They are super slow... and don't know to have cars circle or pull around when the line is backed up, instead you may wait 30 mins in line behindsomeone although your order is ready. Thin crust pizza ALWAYS comes with oregano unless you request otherwise. Why do I knowthis and they don't? This store really needs to get it together. Read more
Order pizza and dipping sauce cinnamon bread and going to have it delivered. Get a call now have to come pick it up cuz there no... Delivery trucks. And once I get here they don?t have the dipping sauce. Order a extra large pizza with extra pepperoni extrablack olives onions extra cheese and yet I don?t have any of that.
