Beautiful roadside cafe, halibut fish & chip, and taco taste great, a bit expensive but the scenery outside makes up for it.
My favorite place to eat while visiting Denali, simple food but GOOD. We ate 2 times here, lunch and brunch. They were able to... make an Irish iced coffee for me. And hands best skillet of my life, good portion and equal amount of veggies vs. potatoe andnot too greasy! Go here!! They were a bit busy when we went for brunch so have some patience (i mean it is a tourist area), butthey also worked as a team if our table needed anything! Read more
Beautiful remodeled rooms and views! The food is a little pricy, but so amazing. They had smores kits for sale at the... restaraunt, and they have a nice fire pit by the creek. There is also a nice big area for barbecues and hanging out. We can'twait to come back! Read more
Cabins along the creek are fantastic. Lovely setting. Overall property is very nice and well managed. Lots of attention to... detail. Restaurant was mixed. Some very good and some rather disappointing. Salmon special was the worst thing we were servedin Alaska, couldn't even eat it. Burgers were very good. Meatloaf breakfast was under seasoned. A great small cafe, right next to the highway, with a good selection of American food that is yummy. We had the house vegetarian... burger, it was very good, and The Dukes burger,also great. The side of soup was meh,and,sadly, the french fries were cold Thereis a huge assortment of baked goods from brownies to cake slices to what seemed like McKinley sized cinnamon buns! The seatingspace is small, but not entirely stuffed. Hence there is a wait to get a table. The service is slow, we had to look for theserver when we needed anything. PS: If you are headed towards Anchorage, be sure to get gas as you leave Creekside, the nextone is far, far away. Read more
My second year here. I really like this place. Bloody Mary was really good. Hamburger is ok. The soup was really good as well.... The breakfast skillet was fantastic.We tried to stay here but all cabins were booked. Great place to hang around. Good strongWiFi . Read more
