My chocolate/malted was excellent. And finally a straw that won't cave in your head. Good job on the big straw, too. The burger... was cut and paste pieces... cold cheese slice and only tepid burger, but we were there for the ice cream. Read more
Waited at check out counter for 10 minutes trying to get a cashier to check out. When one finally came the price on the outside... billboard advertising Frozen Yogurt 3pint 2 for $7.00 did not ring up correctly. The manager said they would not price match theadvertised price and blamed to sign company. No one cares at this location! This is not the first time, but one of many ofwaiting long periods of time trying to get checked out. I won't be coming back anymore. Place is very poorly managed andemployees are very overworked and understaffed. Read more

Ordered a number 3 with just cheese and Ketchup, waited 10 minutes at window and pulled forward and waited about another 10... minutes just to receive this. For someone who works in the food business I know lazy work when I see it and it looks like it wasthrown to the side and made last minute to get me out of the line. I got chocolate almond and strawberry ice cream cartons and they are so bland. No flavor in either one. Very disappointing.
