The restaurant was cool! We loved that there were trains going through the restaurant above our heads during the meal. The food... was great and a large amount! We ordered the chicken fried steak (Yum!!!), Cesar salad (huge! and Yum!), grilled cheese (thekids appreciated that) and chicken strips (on point , plus the fries were seasoned!)The staff were very friendly, even when myson spilled his drink everywhere. Southern favorites like chicken fried steak and beef tips and they serve it with a smile. Our waiter was so kind and helpful.Our group enjoyed all the things - especially the chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and beef tips. Delicious as always. Would consider not putting bread under the chicken fried steak though, definitely gets soggy.
While visiting friends in Canyon we decided to try out Feldman's. Service was very congenial and fast, and the menu fairly... varied. I received the chicken fried steak and it was quite good, with delicious gravy and a decent crunch. If you findyourself in the area, I'd consider this a good option. Read more

Had chicken fried steak and it was ok, nothing special. Husband had the blackened Salmon and he thought it was really good.
