I tried eating here for the first time and it was horrible. Dry, dry, dry like it was 3 days old. I ordered a 3 meat plate with... ribs, meatloaf and hotlink with a side of onion rings and corn. Even the onion rings were dry, hard and old... people are supernice but I will never eat there again. I took 3 bites and through the rest away. $17.00 wasted! Read more
I used to frequent them when they were in Amarillo. Not sure what happened with the food. It just didn't taste the same, it... didn't taste better. For me my visit left me not wanting to eat there again and that kind of sucks being that I loved it backthen and was happy when I found out they were in Canyon. Read more
I chose drive-thru. Food was good, not great. I had a three meat combination plate, with brisket, boneless pork rib, hot link... sausage, and a side order of pinto beans. The meats had a nice flavor, but were dry. Unfortunately, sauce was necessary. ????.Beans were bland, seasoning needed. Dry Texas toast and dill pickles rounded the meal. The price was moderately high - over $15,with no drink. I added a $2 gratuity when my order was taken (drive-thru, remember...), but the portions were quite small, withno extras in the way of condiments added. I don't think I got what I paid for.
