Came for a French dip and shake and sadly the straws they have don't work on shakes, paper straws and shakes don't go together... and my au jus for my dip is ice cold. Need to do better ???????? Read more
Ugly exterior, has been under construction for several months now. Looks like a dump. Well it's in the illegal part of Santa... Clarita, not far from the illegal taco stands who don't pay taxes, or observe health codes. Arby's should clean up their act,finish the damn construction! Though, they aren't totally to blame. It's the General Manager and Mayor of Santa Clarita who turna blind eye to this kind of abhorrent behavior. I have always loved the beef and cheddar sandwich. So, when they introduced the fish sandwiches I figured I'd give them a try.... Oh my God! They both totally sucked!!! I couldn't have been any more disappointed. Now that I really think about it I cannotremember being disappointed with Arby's ever. I hope this isn't reflective of the quality of their food now. This is honestly one of the best fast food restaurants in the area, I always come here for curly fries. The Arby's sauce and... horsey (horseradish) sauces make it a more interesting experience in my opinion, they are sauces you won't find at other fastfood restaurants or even sit-down diners. Every time I've been here the staff is super friendly and on top of things. Last timeI went I was given a complimentary apple turnover to try and DANG was it amazing, I didn't think they had desserts but now Iknow. Thanks y'all, keep it up. :) Read more

Never thought I'd be reviewing an Arby's, but the guy working here was so accommodating and helpful that I have to tell... somebody. My family isn't the easiest to deal with. We don't try to be difficult, we just have preferences and limitations thatmake us so. All the employees were great, and the food was good, and the interior clean, but that guy working was extraordinary.Pay that man; he's in for a big future. Read more
