So first thing I wanna say is, when we went inside you can see them making all the pizzas on the opposite end of the restaurant,... and not 1 single employee is wearing gloves, they are touching all the toppings with their bare hands, which after a pandemicjust seems irresponsible and gross. Also they were backed up which is understandable, but they didn't start our order until anhour after we ordered when we showed up and asked about it. (we did carside delivery and the app was being weird about thetracker and saying it couldn't start the timer until the food was ready). Then we go in and the manager says 2 more min, we wait5+ another employee asks if we need help, I ask about the status of my order, he says it's not ready yet, manager says I saw itcoming out, go look, and then employee disappears for another 5 min and comes back with our food. The person I assume to be themanager didn't seem to care about it, while employees were very polite and apologetic about the wait and delay in our order. Read more
Didn't like that I checked in for curbside and the timer was stopped after 15sec and I had to go inside after waiting 10min... after the timer stopped to pick up my pizza that wasn't ready even though the app said it was. What's the point of curbside ifyou need to get off the car and get it yourself! Completely disappointed. Read more
Super disappointed..The pasta barely covered the bottom of the dish...usually my kids can have seconds on pasta..not tonight..
workers, after speaking on the phone and using the computer do not wash their hands nor put on gloves befor tossing cheese and... spreading dough with their bare hands. UGH!! also, their long hair is not covered. Read more
