Nothing is wrong with their store inside accept that fact that I have 3 charges on my card by Shell that I left on accident.... charged my card $50/$100/$100 even and even tried attempting 2 more times in the afternoon and 2 in the morning. to the Managersand other people, please watch out for the employees because they are stealing money out of me. I would give 5/5 for goodservice but it went to a 0 because of $250? Please check on employees. Already got a police report ready. Read more
Clean gas station, but not all the pumps work all the time. Lots of space even to fill up with a trailer... also good for RV's,... easy to maneuver inside. Read more
Got charged for gas and the machine told me "thank you for choosing shell" without giving me gas. I went inside and told the guy... I got charged but didn't get any gas. He told me oh it's fine as long as you didn't get any gas we will refund the money andmade me pay for gas again. A few days later I got charged for both of them when I told him I didn't get my gas. The girl needs a attitude check. Tells me to hold on because the previous customer gave her the wrong pump number and the clerk... finished with that customer she just stares at me.
