Nothing is wrong with their store inside accept that fact that I have 3 charges on my card by Shell that I left on accident.... charged my card $50/$100/$100 even and even tried attempting 2 more times in the afternoon and 2 in the morning. to the Managersand other people, please watch out for the employees because they are stealing money out of me. I would give 5/5 for goodservice but it went to a 0 because of $250? Please check on employees. Already got a police report ready. Read more
Clean gas station, but not all the pumps work all the time. Lots of space even to fill up with a trailer... also good for RV's,... easy to maneuver inside. Read more
Got charged for gas and the machine told me "thank you for choosing shell" without giving me gas. I went inside and told the guy... I got charged but didn't get any gas. He told me oh it's fine as long as you didn't get any gas we will refund the money andmade me pay for gas again. A few days later I got charged for both of them when I told him I didn't get my gas. The girl needs a attitude check. Tells me to hold on because the previous customer gave her the wrong pump number and the clerk... finished with that customer she just stares at me. I asked for a Fantasy 5 ticket and I purchased several things and asked for a receipt. As I was leaving I didn't get my receipt... so I had to ask for that. After I drove 10 miles I realized that I hadn't gotten my Fantasy 5 ticket and on my receipt it says alotto ticket which I didn't ask for. There's no phone number on the receipt so I looked through Google's Maps and this phonenumber has been disconnected. It would be nice if the manager would contact me and refund my money or mail me the Fantasy 5ticket which I asked for. Read more
Extremely Poor Service by the Guy with the fancy hair. He's a Real Jerk! Loves to make you wait and Not offer ANY sort of... customer service. Go there if you want to be taken advantage of and wait. Pretty standard gas station. A few meth heads we're hanging out in the parking lot nicely asking for money. I was disappointed... since I was pretty sure I had Ralph's rewards for discounted gas, but the pump indicated differently. Because it takes so longto process rewards discounts I did not bother trying other numbers and paid a higher amount. Still better than waiting 20minutes for the Costco down the street. Read more
