Definitely the worst dairy queen I've been too! The employee serving me at the drive thru window was rude and the food took for... ever to get. It's called fast food for a reason. I witnessed him and the manager going at it in front of a customer. Poor guywas doing everything on his own. Read more
Went through to get a chicken finger basket. Ended up with dried out chicken and stale fries. Trash location. People stay away!!... Also upper management will respond with "hope you will give us another opportunity " naw. Give me my $12 bucks back DQ. Read more
The store was losing its power to supply ice cream... the staff seemed to keep their cool and explained the problem to us..... gave us the choice to wait or not.. had to be hectic inside... great job Read more
We enjoyed our dinner at Dairy Queen in Startzville on Tuesday. The restaurant was clean, organized and nice and cool. Two... adults, we had a Steak Basket and Tacos. YUMMY! hot, fast and tasty. The best! Read more
What can I say about Dairy Queen that you don't already know? Would be nice if they had a canopy over the drive... through...sitting and waiting on the hot blaring sun ...sucks. While the food tasted very good, we did have to wait a little. Maybe about like 15 or 20 minutes. The customer service wasn?t... very pleasant. The male employee took our orders and he constantly stopped responding each time one of our orders were placed,every time we kept trying to get to him. But he wasn?t responding, then when we got up to the window he said something ?Salad??But either way we got our food and we?re happy with the food. Not a very good first impression ???? Read more
Absolutely worst experience in any Dairy Queen I've ever had. There was obviously a manager missing, because the two employees... that are working there mentioned that under their breath a few times as we waited for 30 minutes behind the counter for food.This was after waiting in the Drive-Thru, and not getting a response through the speaker box. Honestly so disappointed. Worst DQ experience I?ve ever had. The first time we went the drive thru service was horrendous and... terribly rude to us. This guy should not be in a role speaking to customers. Tonight we arrived 30 min prior to the closing time(arrived 10:32pm says closes at 11:00pm) and at the drive thru was met with the same horribly rude guy and a short ?we?reclosed?.
