Just like the other reviews, the staff was great and very friendly! The course however is in need of life support. The greens... were just alright. Fairways need a lot of help. Sand traps were full of weeds. In my opinion $40 is steep for the course in itscurrent condition. The location is nice and there is a lot of potential here! I would go back based on the staff and overallexperience. Hopefully the new owner gets the support he needs to bring the course to were it should be. Read more
The worst tees and the worst greens I have ever played. Bring a hammer to put your tee in the ground. The greens have not been... kept up, the only reason I?m giving the 2 stars is cause the staff was amazing! The young man in the pro shop was awesome. Read more

This has to be the worst golf course in Texas. Unless your trying to improve your game hitting out of dirt and rocks. Your lucky... to have some grass on putting green. I don\'t see how this course is still open. Read more

I have had the opportunity to play golf all across the Southwest, from Texas Oklahoma and Arkansas out west to Colorado Arizona... Utah and california. I can honestly say this is my worst Golf Course I\'ve ever played as far as condition goes. It has a nicelocation it has a friendly staff. Pro shop is acceptable cheeseburger at the snack bar was great. The layout of the golf courseis really good and challenging. The problem is there is no grass on this golf course. Dirt ruts weeds cracked ground made thisabsolutely unplayable. I don\'t like saying bad things about courses but this is not place that I would recommend you take thetime to drive out to. I know it takes a lot of money to upkeep the fairways, plus it takes the ability to water the fairwayswhich I understand they don\'t have access to. But in all good conscience I would not recommend this course to play nor will Ireturn to this course. And it\'s a shame because it has so much potential being near Canyon lake. Read more
This course is 90% mud. Only place there is grass is the green. Greens were long and super slow. There is no fairway. Fairway is... just mud. Course isn\'t worth but $5. Paid for 18 and didn\'t even make it through 9 holes before we were just done with it.Save your money. Find a different course. Read more
