This is the worst breakfast. Hashbrown was hard on outside and cooked so many times the potato inside was gone. Husband's... breakfast was cold . Sausage biscuits cold Sausage warm biscuits.. No orange juice, always out of something! The only thing goodat this McDonald's is coffee. This is our last time going here. Hopefully they can find a good manager. DON'T EAT HERE! Read more
The woman who served me seemed to have a problem that I didn't order at the kiosk. She had an attitude but cleaned it up when I... asked her if there was a problem. I was the only one inside the restaurant at the time. Not impressive. Read more
The staff is borderline indifferent and at times rude. My last visit the lady at the drive-thru window was watching movie clips... on her phone and when I asked for condiments she genuinely seemed annoyed to have to provide customer service. I actually driveto Bulverde if I want McDonald's now that's how bad the quality of service is. Read more
Every time I think this place will change my mind about their food I am highly disappointed...their buns are always stale and... the food comes to you lukewarm ..It is possibly the worst McDonalds I have ever ate at .. service was great but the food isundesirable even by McDonalds standards.. you will be happier with a gas station burrito Read more
8 DAMN LARGE COFFEES and they give me mediums or even smalls. Why? How? Seriously, please tell the workers to just check the... sizes. I've ordered 10 times and 8 times I am undersized. And yes, I know I can complain if I'm willing to hold people up or gothrough the drive thru but that doesn't mean the issue isn't there. Read more
Literally the BEST McDonald's I've ever been to. They're so kind and charismatic, I love being a regular! Spectacular food. I put the kids to bed early so I could take my wife out. Unfortunately it was 3:00 am so we ate at McDonald's.... At first I was upset because one of the customers tried to steal dog but once I tried the food, mmmm, let me tell ya it wasgood. At this point I had forgotten that my wife has gluten intolerance so once she stopped throwing up we went back to thecounter for dessert. We got two mcflurries and they were fantastic. At that point I had forgotten that my wife also is lactoseintolerant so once she stopped throwing up we went home. Night well spent!!! Read more
