Dirty, slow.. so much for making drive thru times eh???? , and I don't understand how the order you recieve is different than... the one you placed? Hudge miss for tim hortons cap pele ! Always make us wait more than 30 mins ! Than we arrive at the window to tell us drive thru... not working and want us to go back inside wait in line again when our order is already made ! So our coffee would be cold andfood would be cold caus the line up inside is ridiculous exept making us pay cash ! On a different screen registers this hasbeen happening way to much and getting irrated time to get people who know how to work properly! And not people who dont knowhow to deal with customers service at all ! Also there advertising some new drinks and food but there never carry it stopadvertising something you dont carry ive already worked with customer service and we dont make people wait inline again if ourcash is broken we use a different screen NEVER SUGGESTED TO GO TO CAP PELE ! They allow you to wait in line for 30 mins and come to find out at 730 am they are already stocked out of Bacon and hashbrowns.... Most morning visits they are stocked out of something. Line ups take way too long to cycle through. Worst set up for a TimHortons as there is rarely a place to park and they drive thru line up is onto the main road most days due to extremely slow andpoor service. I've been charged for items I didn't receive and had change in the form of Mexican pesos given to me twice insteadof Canadian toonies. 20 minutes to place an order. 5 minutes to receive an order. The order: 1 coffee, 1 ice cap, 1 lemonade. Drive thru is beyond... hell and backs up on the main road. It runs through the Center of the parking lot so no one can park. An embarrassment. Not surehow the town allowed this to happen. Tim Hortons should shift their drive thru behind the building to avoid this god forsakencongestion. Read more

I must say today was one of the worst experience I had at this Tim Hortons. The drive thro was close so the line inside was very... long with only two people working and 5 other basically not helping?. When I came to my turn I order a latte the guy that wasworking didn?t know how to make it. The lady that was portioning cheese yells to him to tell him how to do it. Two other peoplewere sitting at a table discussing schedules as I heard while the line was all the way to the door. I actually fell bad for thetwo young people that were trying there best. Also I will say that this store is so dirty all over I suggested that the ownertake a look as how disgusting this store looks as I got my coffee even the back is so dirty. Obviously someone needs to help you folks with proper ordering for supplies. Waited 20 min in a car line to be told no food only... drinks. This has happened 3x already this month... Garbage outside needs to be changed frequently as well! Read more
