I never write reviews, but this is a new record for me. From the time I placed my order to the time I got my food, 40 minutes... had passed. I ordered on the BK app and arrived about 5 minutes later. I got in line at the drive-through and it took almost 15minutes for each car to get their order. The food I was given had very clearly been sitting out for quite a long time. I was the only car in the drive-through when I placed my order, I will never get that time back wasted in line. After 12 minutes... I never did get my food. As a matter fact I never even spoke to anyone. I saw them in there but they were just standing aroundlaughing. that was at 1:10 PM Monday November 7/22. You might as well leave the doors locked. Stood in line for 20 minutes and never had my order taken. They took 6 drive-through orders and filled them before they took one... order at the counter. Including me there were 4 people in line at the counter. They took the order in front of us after standingthere for 10 minutes, and then the guy behind us walked out. Worst Burger King on the entire planet. The lobby is still closed (who's still doing that?!). The people in there have no idea... what they are doing. They're getting the bottom of the barrel, the scraps left over that nobody wants to hire; you will probablyget sick from some sort of improper food handling. I saw all the reviews and planned ahead. I ordered the food when I was leaving my resort. Got there about 7 minutes later. Our... food was ready but not our drinks. While they made our drinks I checked our food. We had a few modifications for our order I wasconcerned they might mess up but everything was perfect, though they didn't put the sauce for the mozzarella sticks and I didn'tnotice but that's fine and on me. They weren't like super friendly but I just made sure to be extra friendly myself. They fillyour drinks for you but the online options were limited. So when I got my drink I actually tossed it and refilled with somethingelse at the Coke freestyle machine. It didn't have any ice though but that was fine for us. All in all it worked out great forus. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Food was yummy. Will do the same thing next time as we are in the area frequently for theboat ramp. Read more
The lady who worked there was top notch. They were out of Frappuccino. She told me if I came back a little bit later she would... give me a free one.
