The worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. We were looking to use a reward and the ?worker? Josh was extremely rude and... trying to rush us through the line. He literally was the a definition of horrible customer service as he gave us no solutionsother than ?sorry that?s not my fault or that?s unfortunate.? After we checked out he made sure to move to the pick up windowand give us our food which was pretty unsettling since we had a weird and bad experience with him. He gave us stale fries, andgod only knows what he did to our food as well as flipped us off before we left the drive thru. DONT COME HERE. Read more

This location on Astronaut Blvd is one that never gets our order right or we experience some sort of bad service one way or... another. This time it took 30 minutes to get our order right. We confirm 3 times during the ordering process through drivethrough. Then, again, at the pick up window because the receipt didn?t specify ?no cheese? for our quarter pounders. Sheconfirmed looking at her screen, ?yup, no cheese!? We pull into a parking spot to check the bag (We?re learning our lesson withthis location) and they forgot a hamburger. The large fry Was half full. And, there was cheese on the 2 quarter pounders. Wentinside to get it right. Took 20 minutes plus to get us the hamburger and quarter burgers with no cheese. We had to ask twice.The employee had to ask a couple times in the back, as well. He handed us the burgers without a bag or napkins. Just the boxeswith grease on the outside. No apology or mention of or offer for the inconvenience. I should have listened to my husband whenhe said he didn?t want to go to that location in Cape Canaveral because they always £¥?# it up. The girl taking money at the window was more interested talking to fellow crew members than taking my cash. The two cars in... front got their orders and left while I continued to wait with cars behind me started honking their horns. When she took mymoney she shut the window...I had the exact amount. No receipt. Asked the person at the second window for a receipt but she saidI had to get it from the first window. Both girls in drive through were unfriendly and no greetings at all.
