I love Wendy?s this Wendy?s used to be very good. Last week I ordered a number 7?.ended up getting the wrong burger with some... sort of spicy sauce and I took a bit to notice it was completely uncooked and still bloody!!! I just got back to my hotel and when I checked my order. I was missing food and on top of that, I ordered sweet tea and I got... unsweetened tea. Since I was the ONLY car there and no one inside. One would think that they wouldn't screw up that bad,especially since mine was a mobile order... I mean, Wendy's just stole my money. I paid for food and they never gave it to me...My hotel was too far for me to drive back. I guess the worst thing was, the food tasted really bad like it's been sitting therefor hours... Short and simple?. Don?t Instead of a bad review i will say this. if you are hungry, go to publix and get a fresh sandwich made... from the deli. Wendys Corporate should send a mistery shopper to this franchised location, it was really bad. i ordered 3chicken sandwiches. one of them the new Hot Honey one (Combo 12) i ate part of the none burned part, i had to leave thebread? You have no idea how bad this was, total for 3 sandwhiches and a coffee, $29.49 i can get whole chicken tender subfresh publix, at $7.99 each.. Read more
If I could give this Wendy's zero stars I would. I'm from out of town and hit up Wendy's as it's my favorite fast food. I've... been to this location 4 times. I have yet to receive my full order correctly. No one working the drive through listens. They'rerude as hell too. Never again. Read more
Came at 08.45 pm. and all doors were closed. People inside told us that the door is open, turns out it could only be open from... inside as the staff closed it already. We were told that the dining room is open only until 09.00 pm and we should take our foodwith us. We left without further comment, the staff was obviously not interested to work or serve customers, the sign read OPENUNTIL 1 AM. but there were no clients and the attitude of the people quickly explained why. Stay away from this place, weusually like Wendy?s but this place should close down, change management and staff. Read more
