Lobby was busy when we first arrived, however we didn't wait long to order especiallyfor a Saturday mid morning. Food came out... fast and FRESH! I will update the employee name in the future if I am incorrect. I believe it to be Brittney. Update! 11/2/2022 yes! Her name... is Brittney! Oh my God! How can ownership continue to ignore customer complaints about this manager? I challenge ownership toact as a customer and simply have a interaction with Brittney. Shaking my head 3x now she is amazingly rude. This girl shouldnever be allowed ???? ???? to be in contact with the public!!! READ !! Several others have had problems. The commonality isBrittney!! On 3 seperate occasions she has been amazingly rude and incompetent. She says she's the manager. Or walks up when Iasked for one. Even though I utilized the drive thru I took my order back in. You see a double cheeseburger burger means 2pieces of meat not 1. She took the sandwich,rolled her eyes and walked away. Never returned! I had to tell the cashier and hewent and got me a double cheeseburger. The second time I handed her a large fry box with 15 fries in it. Yes I counted thefries. Needless to say but the fry box was not even opened up. Yes! Again she rolled her eyes. Did not say a word. Took thefries and disappeared never to return over 7 minutes elapsed. They should just get rid of all these types of restaurants. No flavor, nothing special about any Mc'Ds except their Employees ... who deserve a better franchise than this. Read more
This McDonald's is trying to modernize as much as possible they're doing a lot of ordering off of menus that are in the waiting... area. This leads to a lot of confusion for customers. The eating area was not very clean Read more
Place sucks.. As I sit here sippin my soda that I?m sure somebody spit in. They served me a raw burger. Contacted upper... management and never heard from them. I?d have to be a mathematician to count all the times I?ve been disappointed at thismcdoogles location. Read more
I was so happy to see the dinning room open & clean. After spending a few hours at the local water park it was nice to order... food from great customer service & grab a seat in air conditioning to relax at a table that was clean. Not just the table wasclean but the chairs windows floors & the bathrooms had been well kept. We could see all the surfaces were cleaned & thislocation was well managed from what I saw on this short visit. (& that's something I don't say in reviews) We enjoyed our meal &the customer care that was provided by this McDonald's!!! Read more
Another reminder why I don't come to this McDonald's. I give this place a try about every 6 months. I just need to give... up. Today drive thru took a while. Got to 2nd window and found out why. I ordered 2 happy meals (6pc) and large fry. Guyhanded me 1 happy meal and was going to hand me the large fry but he acted like that was a mistake and didn't even say anythingto me. He turned around and walked off. I waited for him to come back and he hands me the large fry and says "have a nice day" Itold him I had a 2nd happy meal. He said "oh" I had to wait for the happy meal to be made m it should of already been preppedby this point. He hands me the other kids drink, but lid wasn't on all the way and some spilled on the side of my car when Igrabbed the drink. He didn't even offer me napkins. All he said was "sorry" .... I finally get the happy meal and I made sureto check it.... It's a 4 pc! At this point I had already started to pull away from the window. I had to go in and get itcorrected. The manager acted all shy towards me. Didn't evern ask me what was wrong. I said inside for about 2 min before anyoneacknowledged me. She got the order corrected though. After on the road I realized I didn't have sweet and sour sauce that isclearly on the receipt. Read more
