Everyone on here that has stated about this Subway closing at 9 o?clock And how Google says they close at 10, really needs to... stop relying on technology for answers. There is a sign on the front door clearly stating that they close at 9 o?clock everynight. Whoever owns this Subway franchise in Cape Carteret should be kissing the ground that the two employee/sisters walk on! (who are... the only ones that I ever see working here, for quite sometime now!) I have never met 2 kinder, or gracious women then theseladies in any place that work and who makes a perfect Sub or Salad in a sandwich shop let alone one that is corporately owned!!The reason I decided to post a review is because our local newspaper occasionally includes Subway coupons, which does makes aDIFFERENCE in many peoples expendable money whether or not they can afford or not to buy a somewhat healthy fast food meal. WhenI presented them w/ a "Get a free cookie with any purchase" coupon, 2 days ago, they informed me , "regretfully this Subway nolonger accepts coupons. How shameful of the owner. The only reason I am giving it 5 stars is because of the people that workhere. Read more

I walked in 4 minutes before close not realizing they were getting ready to close. Both employees were super kind and gracious... despite being so close to closing time. Great location! Read more
Placed a order online for pickup on Saturday evening at 9:05 the money was pulled from my account got to the restaurant at 9:25... to see the restaurant is closed despite the Google and subways website saying they are open until 10pm. Says the times wereverified by business 5 days ago. A complaint has been filed with corporate in a attempt to GET MY MONEY BACK. Read more
The only reason why this place received 2 - stars is because my food was good. I watched the manager berate my daughter right in... front of me as she is one of the workers at this location. The manager was completely rude and unprofessional, she knew we werethere as my daughter introduced us, good job Ken you have some fine people running your stores! Read more
I had ordered online for pick up,which was a quick and easy experience. The food, however, was poor quality. One sub had so much... mustard and mayo on it the bread was soggy. The bread was stale on second sub. We don't eat at subway often and we're quicklyreminded why with today's order. Read more
