Walked in , placed an order for biscuits and gravy to go at 3:30 p.m. The first " worker" said she could not take care of me... because " she was on break". Placed my order( for standard menu items always available). After 20 minutes I finally was able tospeak to a manager. Yup! There was my quart of sausage gravy, sitting under a heat lamp. Apparently, etge female mployees weretoo busy talking to each other to fulfill my order. It's a shame that the younger work force of today has no work ethics. Read more
Server was excellent!! Wish I could remember her name ( my gf and I had deep stuff to discuss) she is around 55 to 60 short... curly back hair. Stopped in today to pick up lunch to go. While I waited at the register for the order a waitress walk over to me and asked me if... I would like some water while I wait. I said "yes and thank you" she said "sure no problem I know it's hot out" I then asked herwhat is your name she said VICTORIA. Bob Evan's need to promote this young lady she is a keeper. I have never been here, went yesterday for the first time. The service and waitress are so caring, funny, Were able to recommend... great options and sides. That i went there today for breakfast. This place has a team leader named Josh, this gentleman thewhole time walked, speaking to customers in the restaurant making sure everything was just right, The whole time. Great servicegreat place. Great breakfast! I haven't been to a Bob Evans in years. They don't have many where I used to live. I ordered the farmers... breakfast with eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuits and gravy. Everything was outstanding! The servers were excellent as well. Thebiscuits, bacon and gravy were probably the best I've ever had. Eggs were cooked perfectly. I will be a regular here. Read more
7-31-22 9:45am Breakfast is served !! Delicious food with the best service! Taylor was out girl and she was awesome...had it... out to our table faster than a snap! My better half got a salted caramel mocha cappuccino..delish! I got the OJ and lemonwater. The water was iffy... Her three meat omlet was hot and cheesy. Don't add salt, the meats are salty enough...verygood! My breakfast had eggs, Sunnyside up, crispy and delicious bacon, home fries were hot and tasty, and the French toast wassome of the best I ever had. Read more
I am a huge fan of Bob Evans. It?s a great place to eat. I love bringing my family here. Today we had a wonderful waitress named... Jody. She was quick to make sure our needs were met and had a beautiful smile which can brighten a sleepy morning. I am verysatisfied with her service and the chefs quality dishes this morning. I ordered my Thansgiving meal online. I got to store a few minutes early. They took my name and in no time I had my meal hot and... ready to go. Store was extremely busy but experience of this was great. The Hurricane Ian took out my fridge so only way to havea nice holiday meal. I Recommend ordering online. Works great!!! Read more
