Good service today, the waitress was so nice. The orange juice was not good.
Ashleigh, the Manager and Staff are always so pleasant, and this location always has fresh food and is always a good experience.... My husband and have been going there for over 5 years and we love Ashleigh, especially. Before she was manager, she was ourserver for years. She always makes/made our dining experience the best. I have went many times to this location for curbside carryout in the past have been slow but tonight was ridiculous. After... being the ONLY car in curbside, I finally went inside where most of the dining area was empty, flagged a waitress down who saidshe would go "find my order", a few minutes later out it came, mostly cold with no reason why I sat for 15 minutes, even afteranother waitress walked right past my car 10 minutes prior after delivering a dish to another vehicle that was clearly not incurbside. At least they should have offered me a discount, instead of telling me its fine, its still warm. My fault for notchecking the food before I left. They are clearly catering to Door Dash and other food delivery services instead of taking careof their customers. I would at least have taken back the tip I added to the bill. Read more
Bonefish Grill is okay. It has a nice decor, and our waitress was lovely. The food was...well cooked and fresh. Which is very... important for a seafood restaurant, but there was an undercurrent of lacking flavor throughout our appetizers and soup, onlydisappearing a bit with our entre through the sauces. The pineapple martini however, amazing! Honestly worth coming to thegrill just for that alone. That being said, if you're looking for top quality seafood, I think you could find better places inCape Coral. Read more
Our first time here. Have to say it's very clean, very professional, we came around 1:20 so it's not so busy, are waiter DQ was... very good made the experience good, service us warm bread with a olive oil garlic sauce very good. Everything was good, I woulddefinitely recommend this place to anyone who loves good food and service, all and all with getting seated and getting the foodand eating a total of 30 minutes, not bad at all this place is awesome, it's hard to find a place like that where everyone is onthe same page, it starts with management and this place is managed. We ordered the fillet with lobster tail... And the sirloin and shrimp... Both steaks were delicious. The lobster tail was... amazing. And the shrimp were tasty enough to get 20 and eat them as a meal.... Both came with salads...house and cesaer... Andfresh bread which was also very good. Read more
We are dine rewards members but the waitress refused to apply our rewards because we were using ?gift cards? as our form of... payment. She did take our reward phone number but never applied it to the bill. The manager later was not very helpful and said?she is a good waitress? (who was dishonest to us) and applied our phone number to an other customers bill. Needless to say, wenever received any points for this visit. We were hoping for a relaxing Sunday Lunch at Bonefish Grill but experienced exactlythe opposite. Read more
