This is the worst drive thru I?ve ever been to. My son loves Burger King and so I keep trying, but I can not come back anymore... and give my money to this store.I?ve seen people leave drive thru EVERY time I?m here. They just leave you to sit and don?t takeyour order. So then you pull around and go in thinking this will be better, only they are dead inside and you wonder what theproblem is. You talk to the manager and they are indifferent. Food given is not even what you ordered. It?s like they?re tryinghard not to care. I understand if it?s once or twice, but EVERY time. I only bee in this place 2 times, and in this 2 times, they get my order wrong. I love Burger King, but this is ridiculous
Horribly long wait in drive thru. Nearly 20 minutes after placing the order to get food. A number of customers drove off before... paying. Gas is too expensive to wait this long for ?fast food.? Read more
If you want b.k.. and this is the one you have to go to just get something else. At least it might be hot, you might not sit 25... minutes in a drive thru line just to get the worst product I've ever seen come out of a b.k. kitchen. This is 1 of the worst burger kings to order from. Wait time in drive through was literally 25 mins. I get home to realize the... wrong burger was given to my daughter. So she did not eat it. When I called back to speak with someone who calls himself amanager but repeatedly kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain to him. He told me he could not do anything about it ifI didnt have the receipt. It was never given to me at drive through. I was in line for 25 min. I wanted to go home. I was notthinking about a receipt. Now that I think about it it was probably done purposely because they knew they messed up the order.If it was not for my kids. I would never do fast food. I'm soo over it. The service is good on the drivethru, its just that the food was super cold.. I went like at 11:30, your lunch menu is just... starting and your food is cold, fries were really fresh, cool, but the whopper and nuggets omg..(Update from a month after-wentdown an star-) So I cant use whopper wed on the app because restaurant is not available, but I can order the BOGO Whopper? If you want to be treated like garbage for no reason then definitely visit this store. Don't bother ordering anything from the... app either because this particular location "doesn't participate in online ordering" is what I was told at the drive-thru. Thegirl even said she never heard of a "Big King" when I tried to order one. How can you work at BK and not know what a Big Kingis? Now that's just stupid. But yeah, stop in if you feel the need to be verbally abused and get badly assembled hamburgers. Thebuilding looks nice though. Read more
