Enjoyed our experience here very much. Open late and a very enthusiastic, friendly and informative staff. We didn?t know much... about Kava and these kinds of drinks and they helped us throughly learn everything we needed to know. Place is alright and the crowd diverse but seems weirdly cult-y. It's hard to describe. I do like the vibe but the prices are... kinda outrageous and not enough studies have been done on the substances they sell. Much better value at a traditional bar butalso a much different vibe. Kinda seems like a cash grab by the owners as they're looking to expand rapidly. Not somewhere I'dgo regularly but cool once in a while. Read more
Loved this place especially when we were from out of town. This isn?t your normal ?brewery? place though, but the workers, the... ambiance and how inclusive they are here is beyond amazing. Staff are super, super friendly, welcoming and will give you the thedeets of what Kava is really all about and how their drinks are curated. Our bartender was super nice and even recommended somenearby bars to go to, since we wanted to ?bar hop? during our stay here in Cape Coral. We or I, will definitely come back in thefuture for more delicious drinks and to jusr hang out, chill or whatever ???? Read more
We have come the Kava Culture Cape Coral several times and enjoyed the drinks and atmosphere, as well as are regulars at the... Port Charlotte location. Today, however we had an extremely unsafe situation occur that I couldn?t let go undocumented. Wearrived with our dog as usual as we love that Kava Culture is dog friendly. As soon as we walked through the door an off leashdog from across the room by the pool table became extremely aggressive and charged at myself and my dog. I had to put myself inbetween my dog and the one attempting to attack us. The owner of the dog had to wrestle him to the ground while we ran back outthe door. My partner stayed inside to get our drinks to go when normally we would have stayed for several rounds. No oneapologized including the staff or owner and everyone in the bar acted as if this was a normal experience. This occurred atapproximately 5:25pm on Sunday 9/25. The owner was tall with dreadlocks and cargo shorts, the dog was stocky with brown andblack coloring. I really enjoy Kava culture, but I have to be honest that I will be too afraid to come back to this locationunless something is done. Read more
