WE LIVE HERE IN THE CAPE the past 11 years. And my kids woke up this morning wanting crepes. so let?s try this place. Ordered 2... Nutella crepes no peanut butter, they keep peanut butter and no Nutella. The most disgusting thing the bananas were black insideneither one of my kids ate their crepe. Called business and a polite young lady said manager stepped out. It?s Saturday and saidI could call back Monday. ???? I support small businesses and own one my self in Cape Coral and refrain from writing bad reviewsthis is absolutely bad for the community we live in. Went to Kreips and Juices for the first time today (September 24, 2022) with my husband and child. I first saw them on Instagram... a while ago and everything on the menu caught my attention. We walked in not know anything. I wish I would have caught theemployee's name but she was Wonderful! We were greeted after walking in and she asked us if this was our first time to which wetold her yes. She had a smile on the entire time we were talking and there. She gave us some info while showing us the menu andtold us where to go when we were ready to order. After looking through everything we made our final decisions and ordered. Itcame up to about $45 -$50 and some change if I remember correctly. We ordered 2 Peach Paradise ($6.99 each), 1 Hawaiian Breeze(6.99), 1 Chicken Cordon Bleu Crepe $7.49), 1 Strawberry Delight Crepe ($7.99) and 1 small Birthday Cake ice cream($5.49). Everything was delicious ????. The smoothies we had with water instead of milk. They weren't overly sweet. My husbandloves his Strawberry Crepe with the Dulce de Leches sauce and my Chicken Cordon Bleu Crepe was to die for! The young lady in thepic is the one who helped us all the way through. So whomever owns this place or is the manager I hope you show yourappreciation by giving her a raise and letting her know that she did a fantastic job with welcoming us and being sooooohospitable. Do not disregard my review. Please take notice of the customerservice shown in the response from the owner and how they attack the customer in every unfavorable review on this page! This wasmy first and last experience and I wish I'd read the rest of these reviews first. TERRIBLE QUALITY FOOD and TERRIBLE CUSTOMERSERVICE! Ordered Churrasco crepe (Skirt Steak) online. My co-worker picked up the order and I received a Chorizo Crepe (PorkSausage) When I called, the lady on the phone explained the difference in the two meats over and over. I told her I was wellaware and I did not want pork and asked if I could bring it back and get what I ordered. She put me on hold for a long time thencame back and said her manager said no, and then went on explaining the difference in meats again. No receipt was given atpickup and it just wasn't worth it to keep arguing with her. The Chorizo was disgusting and went right in the garbage. Wont evereat there again. Read more
This is going based purely off of the service or in this case lack there of. Went in a couple of days ago and what an absolutely... horrible experience. I was genuinely excited to try this place and sadly didn't even get to order. Walked in and the 2 ladieswere preparing someone's order. Didn't acknowledge the fact that I had even walked in. Waited a few minutes and still had notbeen greeted. I sat down waiting for them to free up and once one of them did I approached the counter again and she turned herback and walked away from after making eye contact. If this is any example of how you will be doing business I see you guysclosing your doors very soon. The lack of respect and professionalism was horrendous. Read more
Just look at it, Gourmet Birthday Cake Ice cream, what's not to love! From too to bottom...whipped topping, cake, ice cream... cone, shake. This was great so I can only imagine the food...going back soon! Read more
Stopped by here with our 2-year old on a Wednesday so, coincidentally, most crepes were $5. Picked up two smoothies and one of... the crepes. Would likely come back again to try other things. Pros: - The smoothies and the crepe were great. - Staff was niceenough. Cons: - Not exactly the cleanest place. - Food was a bit expensive. Read more
My mother and I just ordered smoothies here and I found red pieces of plastic in mine. The person making the smoothies was... mixing it up with a red spatula while the blender was on but I didn't think twice about it until I consumed pieces of plastic.The smoothies were basically flavorless and I love getting smoothies from places it just won't be from here next time.
