There?s a heavy set women in the window who needs to be fired. She constantly cuts me off and gets my order wrong and after... looking at other reviews, it?s obviously the same women. The morning crew is terrible. The sweet tea always taste like it?sfermenting because they don?t cool it down properly. The hashbrowns are all made ahead of time and fried twice and that?s whythe hashbrowns are like bricks when you get them. They need to take a major look at who works there. Read more
My food was fresh and perfectly cooked. Normally that's hard to find nowadays for most fast food restaurants. They definitely... didn't cut corners, and thank God that I didn't have to wait very long. My special sandwich (4d sandwich) was made right, and myfries weren't cold. Definitely coming back here. I have been repeatedly done wrong by this location and tonight tops it off, I order my usual instead of 2 cheeseburgers I... receive 2 patties in a box and my fries thrown in the bag upside down, terrible customer service and rude people every singletime. My wife and I had burgers for lunch, the ¼ pounders with cheese were just fine, the ice cream machine was working this time.... The small french fries were warm and tasty. Almost no one in the dining room so it was clean as could be. Pleasant experience. Read more

8/11/21 You lost a star for cutting me off while I was ordering at the drive thru,then had to tell her twice at the window to... get it correct. You lose another star for not having all my food in the bag,I didn't realize until I got all the way home (pineisland) and you lose another star for the inconvenience you've caused me,not to mention the sandwiches where just throwntogether,some had no pickles,and some had 10 too many. Very disappointing visit today. Usually you guys are spot on,everyone hasbad days but this was an all around disaster,from the front all the way to the back of the house,maybe some coaching for thisparticular crew is in order!! This establishment truly lowers the bar. I go through the drive through ordering a combo meal and a few other burgers. After... waiting probably 8 minutes in line we get handed a canned Diet Coke with the statement ?you had the Diet Coke right? and handeda bag like I was a nuisance.
