I think it's horrible that your particular franchise decided to take advantage of a community immediately after facing the... devastation hurricane Ian. The entire publix plaza has power including McDonald's. However, you guys choose to take cash only, serve only can sodas, have a limited menu, charge $1 per nugget, and charge $4 for dollar menu items. That is crazy. Are youguys not only conning the local residents but also scamming internally off of the top? Cash only. Get out of here with thatfoolishness. Read more
My kids love McDonald's, and it's cheap. I always use the app for the free happy meal (6-piece nuggets) with a combo or the 20%... off (but the 20% can't be applied to items already listed as a deal like the bundle options). The order is usually correct fromthis location. Read more
They got my order in quick , but I waited in the reserved drive through for maybe 10 minutes , I get that they get busy , but... they didn't have my order ready to bring to me , so I walked in and grabbed it and the order was wrong , I asked for no onionsand still got onions on it , I get that places get busy but maybe don't forget about bringing food out to the reserved drivethough Read more
It is absolutely ridiculous that when you order a Quarter Pounder with Chese Neal that you have to wait 15 minutes for the... staff to pre pare it. There were 4 people eating I'm the store and nobody at the order counter and very few people in the drivethru lanes. This is the fault of management and a total Lack of customer service. Read more
The female employee at the drive through window refused to give me my receipt after running my card. She said they had no... receipt paper and I told her I need my receipt and she told me that she wasnt f-ing changing the paper then slammed the window.If your going to run someone's card give them their receipt. Unfortunately, we go here often, the last.... probably 5 times... the wait was SUPER long like 20 to 30 min. This time (tonight)... it was midnight and one person in line but the food was ridiculous!!! I paid 50 cents EACH for big mac sauce on 4 - triplecheeseburgers and they literally put hardly ANY at all! In fact, someone put a tiny bit on the EDGES!!! but nothing ON it!! Seepictures!! Someone obviously did it on purpose and doesn't want to work there anymore! I work too hard for my money to betreated like this. In addition, our fries had zero salt and our total was over $30.. Absolutely the SLOWEST drive thru I?ve ever been through. Waited 25 min or more. Infact I?m writing this review as I?m in... line. Not sure what the hold up is?but I thought it was fast food not turtle food. I could?ve sat down in an actual restaurantand been served faster. Get it together McDonalds. Read more
