I was just there tonight for drive thru lights were all on, and the lady on the intercom said that they're not taking any... orders right now. If they're not taking orders, then stay closed or at least turn off the lights. Not the first time thishappens. Other times they only serve one type of food or no sodas or their credit card machine is down. Don't bother to evenopen if you are so incompetent running a food business. Read more
I typically take my time out to give good reviews rather than bad, but this place is worth the time for a negative review. They... always have some piece of equipment broken, the food rarely comes out right, and the managers don?t know what they?re doing!!There?s a better McDonald?s just down Cape Coral Parkway and it?s worth taking the extra time to go there instead. Will not go to this place again. Had to literally wait for 5 minutes before they even took my order. Then maybe a third of the... fries were hot, a third weren't even totally cooked. The very worse McDs ever!!!! Every single time you go even for a chesse burger they make you pull up to waiting spot. And please... make sure you check your order always wrong and mostly cold. Decided to stop here while visiting family and definitely wont be back. Nuggets we?re horrible, I don?t know what they did but... they were disgusting (oil needs to be changed?). Fries were cold. They told us to park and they?ll bring the food out, theemployee who brought the food, knocked the bag on the window and when I rolled the window to grab it, it almost fell because hehad already turnt away and left. This McDonald's is consistently bad. Ketchup packets had leaked so I got a gooey surprise when I reached in the bag. Also, they... placed my McRib on a regular hamburger bun. See photos. I went to this place Cape coral pkwy East location on Tuesday evening I went inside since the drive-thru was closed at 6:10 pm.... The front cashier registers was also closed This tall black lady about 180 pounds who said she was the manager did not have hername tag on her uniform and with a loud voice told the few customers to place their orders at the kiosk. I placed my order andpaid with a card. I was observing her behavior It seemed that she was having a melt down because she was screaming at heremployees. When she called my order she handed a bag. When I looked inside the bag my large drinks were missing and large frieswere missing. So I called the lady over and told her several items from my order were missing. She shouted at me and told me"miss you are wasting my time what is it now !; I explain that I order 2 large cokes which is part of the quarter pounder largemeal and 1 medium sweet tea. Her response was I only have can sodas take or leave it! I asked why are you screaming at me! Asa paying customer I have a right to asked for items I purchase that was missing from my order. She continue to scream which Ifelt very humiliated and uncomfortable I ask her for her name because corporate should be aware of your inappropriate behaviortoward customers. When she heard that I was going to call corporate she said well I am calling 911 right now. Which she did andtold the 911 dispatcher that she wants a lady escorted out and I have her on camera. I told her I wanted my order and I willkindly leave or give me a refund. She kept on saying she looks Hispanic but speaks fluent English .... Well I finally got myorder waited outside with a witness but the cops never showed up. What she didn't know that I am a retired police officer.
