The food is always cold and old, been made earlier and tastes like cardboard after sitting so long. Nothing looks like the... pictures of what you're buying. The French fries were hot but not made of any potato I know of. More like formed, cheap mashedpotato flakes. Read more

Honestly I hate cold food so when I come to a fast food place and get cold food, it's just disappointing. I have worked for... McDonald's and I know fires that just came out, are not cold less than a minute later. Not that it's a huge deal I'm the one whodidn't want to cook in the first place but I'd happily wait 3 minutes for hot food. The staff is obviously overwhelmed and itshows in the food. Read more
Everytime I go to this store the service is terrible, they forget something or it takes forever to get my order. The only reason... I keep going there is because my little girl ( She's 10 ) loves it. Today I waited 20 minutes for for 2 meals and then when Iwent back through the drive thru to find out what was going on the young girl working the drive-thru gave me attitude. That'sall they care about is their drive-thru times 30 seconds or less. Thanks alot, your customer service skills suck. Read more
