We stopped in for a quick lunch. Used the kiosk to order and waited for our food. We did not wait long but when we got our food... the apple pies were more than 2 hours passed their "eat by" time. They were cold and very dry. When I took it back to thecounter the manager snipped that will be 12 minutes & took it from the nice young man that was going to get me a fresh one. Wewaited about 15 minutes before I went back to the counter & the same nice young man (Chris?) walked over & grabbed me a freshone. Not sure what the manager said to him, but I heard him say the lady has been waiting for it. Those original pies shouldhave already been marked waste & fresh ones in their place. Constantly a painful experience. Not enough staff for the high volume of traffic. Frequently receive cold food with long wait... times. Arrived in drive thru at 1056, left at 1130, night of 01/01/2022. Burgers were cold and like rubber. Fries were cold andstale. Can?t get a refund because they wouldn?t give a receipt. In short, spend your hard earned money and valuable time onthis earth elsewhere. This is a constant problem that?s not getting any better. Been going downhill for about the last year anda half, and with the prices rising here, not worth visiting anymore. Read more
Busy, so food should be flowing, HOT, and fresh. 2 large fries, both only warm, 1 about only 2/3 full. I wrote my college... thesis on why McDonald's is so successful... I need to revise it. Read more
For being open in less than a week after hurricane Ian they had extremely limited menu but we're happy for hot burgers. They... were great employees!!! Thanks for being there for Cape Coral!!! Read more
i work late nights and sadly this place during the weekday is the only place open it?s embarrassing that the night staff here is... Representing the brand name of McDonald?s. The last two nights I?ve gone food its cold I asked for no salt on my fries I getfries that are soggy as hell covered and salt it?s as if they don?t comprehend the simplest of orders. this place needs to getbetter management and i will be calling corporate in the morning. This McDonald's has GREAT Customer Service!!! Not only is that food always hot and fresh no matter the time I go but yesterday... after my daughter was done school I took her there and as we pulled up she started getting excited because she saw Pikachu andremembered that they were giving Pokemon cards out as Happy Meal toys so as we get to the window to pay I asked the lady if Icould purchase a few more of the Pokemon Promo packs to open with my little girl and she said yes and when I waited for thetotal it came back as only the price of the Happy Meal and when I said to her is that for everything she said, "yeah we loveseeing parents enjoying a hobby with there kids" and as I sat there looking at the lady in the window the Manager was behind herwith one or two others with smiles! I love that I can now check off GREAT family atmosphere too!! Read more
If you want a late night snack or just got off work and it?s super late at night and hungry go on ahead and SKIP this... McDonald?s. From the long wait due to short staffed at nights to food quality just poor makes me never want to come back hereagain. How do I have burnt piece on a apple pie. How does a chicken sandwich get rubbery before eating it at their parking lot.Why is there a long wait and yet the French fries are either soggy or flat out refried to a crisp. Also how is it I bought adeluxe chicken sandwich and it came in a fillet fish box ,but Go ahead and just pull that sandwich meat from the fridge and makeyourself a sandwich before you gotta pay 8 bucks for one meal ( unless you use the mobile app ) and be disappointed! Ordered Big Mac via app for take out. When I opened the container, no patty on top tier, 2 patties on 1st tier. No Big Mac... sauce, no lettuce with rancid onions. In fairness to this store. The buns are finally fresh and not stale. I have deleted theapp and will visit Burger King from now on. Read more
