Went here today for a quick bite to eat after a long day at work. Ordered two things on the kiosk and waited over 15 mins for... them. I wasn't the only one time have to wait a ridiculouly amount of time for some food. When I had asked the girl behind thecounter how much longer my food would be, she had a bit of an attitude. Plus during my wait, there was a long line of people notbeing helped. I will not return, customer service wasn't great. Read more

Only person at the drivethrough and they make us pull up to the exit door "like always?" But then I watched as the 4 cars behind... me well got told to park and wait for their food....they do that so it looks like their wait time is low....kinda some B.S. ifyou ask me and corporate needs to put a stop to it I can tell you how many time I was forgotten about and would have to goinside to get my food when I went through the drive through... I used the kiosk, due to long lines. Service was relatively fast. I did observe the dine in area had been neglected for... sometime, tables dirty, food on the chairs and floors. Then I received my meal, both of my sandwiches look like someone wasattempting a 50 yard field goal with then. Server forgot my drink. Typical McDonald's service, keep expectations low and youcan't disappoint people. Read more

This McDonald?s used to be the only one we would go to as it seemed all the employees knew what they were doing. Food always... came out fast and fresh. Not sure what has happened in the last few months but it has gone way downhill. Lately it seems theyget our order wrong more often, but today takes the cake. I ordered via the app as usual for myself, my husband and my step-son.Almost $40 worth of food but it was 3 meals and a couple extra items. We received our drinks and were told to pull up. Ok noproblem. Then we sat there for 15 minutes as we watched the entire line clear out behind us. Finally our food comes out and thegirl says can you check and make sure everything is there (sorry, isn?t that their job??) so my husband looks and sure enoughsome items are missing. She apologizes and takes the bag of food and our receipt and goes back into the store. Couple minuteslater she comes back, apologizes again and we?re on our way. That should?ve been it right? Well we get home and after unpackingthe bag realize one large fry is missing. I don?t understand how she took the bag back WITH the receipt to correct the order,and still messed it up?? I know things happen but this is almost every time now and it?s frustrating to pay for things you?renot getting. Read more

I was there yesterday with no issue tonight my whole order was wrong . I already am home but I ordered a number 7 no pickles... (has pickles on it )and ADD a mchicken patty to EACH burger not replace and no hamburgers at all, I wanted Carmel sauce on themocha frappe , and then the 3.39 bundle and add a large sprint not a McDouble meal . I understand 1000% it?s hard to get peopleto work but at least study what your trained and listen to your guest . I?m young and worked in the restaurant business and getit but really only thing was right was no whip on the frappe ?. Train your employees better or have them actually listen Read more

I've been eating at this establishment since it opened. It hasn't been a great place for the last 2 or 3 years. Lately you are... lucky if you can get waited on in the dining room. Was there last weekend at 10:00 AM and was the only person in line, and only2 cars at the drive through. Stood there for 5 minutes while 5 employees were standing 8 feet away from me talking. No employeein the restaurant was working on an order. The manager was the the only one working and she was taking an order out to a car.Not a single employee, including the manager made an attempt to take my order or take a second to say that someone would help mesoon. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I walked out without getting someone to take my order. I'm not sure if theemployees and management are just incompetent, or have a problem serving white customers. Read more

For 15 a hour u would think they could get the order right I come up there every day an have to go inside or back through... Drive-Thru every single time either I'm missing something or it's not what I ordered tonight I had ordered a double quarterpounder no onion an I got a double quarter pounder with onion mayo lettuce umm mayo an lettuce does not come on it patty wasalso under cook was very pink it is sad that I don't work there an now the menu better most McDonald's workers are rude an donot deserve the 15 there pushing for this is a everyday routine now it's starting to seem like they just don't like nor careabout the job or customer need better management Read more
