To the management. Receipt number 834458370. Don?t know who made the Caesar salad for my family pack order but y?all just gave... me rotten lettuce. Half the salad was a waste which tells me the rest should be to. Absolute joke to serve that to customers. Read more

The manager Kat was amazing tonight! She helped me tremendously with recommendations and was very helpful and sweet! My broccoli... mac and cheese was very hot and good! I also loved the bread bowl!! Thank you Kat!! Read more

This location is amazing. Kat helped us with a problem we had at the fort Myers location. My husband ordered an avocado turkey... blt there and when we got home (50 minutes away) we realized there was nothing on the bread except turkey. Not sure how theymessed up a blt in the first place, we ended up at the Cape Coral location two days later and Kat and Kaitlin made it right.It?s good to know that there is still good customer service in the restaurant business. The fort Myers location didn?t evenanswer the phone. The manager Kat deserves a raise! Read more

Everyone who works face time face with customers are very nice and take pride in there work. I wish the food was just as good... but the cooks at this Panera are sloppy and don?t care about the finished product, spent thirty dollars with tip to get 2sandwiches that were drenched in salt with nothing in them. The tomatoes were white and clearly not fresh. Next time i go thereit will be just to take pictures of the meal for another review. I wish the food would get better. Read more

This is my local Panera bread and I have given them multiple opportunities to get not only our to go orders right but to have... items in stock.We have been ordering from here since they opened. This location seems to have run out of French Baquettes andother ingredients as well. Every time we want to order baguettes, they do not have them. Not only that, I was told that they donot have a brioche bun for their new Chicken take sandwich and that they couldn't substitute the bread. Meanwhile, I?m hearingtheir employees offer other to go orders the option of choosing another kind of bread for that same sandwich. Why was I notgiven this option? They basically lied to my face. No matter what time of day I have ordered from here, they mess up our orderor we have to order something different because they cannot adjust their menu items. The pictures are from our order tonight.The first picture only has three small pieces of chicken for the pick two salad which is completely different then the samesalad ordered last week in store. The second picture is supposed to be a large salad. $12 later for a small salad. Grilledcheese was burnt on the inside with the bread hardly cooked. I have never had a problem at any other Panera Bread. Very unhappywith this location since it opened. Read more

I ran into a small problem and was pleased that the Manger went out of her way to help fix the issue. The Asian Chicken ???? ... salad was excellent. The Smokehouse BBQ sandwich was also very good. Read more

We had a bad experience. Ordered a flat bread pizza and a fontega sandwich and there was literally 3 pieces of chicken and... hardly no cheese and three onions. The pizza was a chipotle chicken and bacon it had also three pieces of chicken literally nobacon or cilantro or chipotle sauce all I see is tomatoes and it wasn?t sliced we had to slice it at home. What is going on? Wehave ordered countless times at this location because we love it but this was just horrible . We called the store and themanager Mark Jinett said it was portion control and if we get a sandwich with no cheese oh well and wanted to only refund me forthe sandwich which is absolute garbage because the whole order was bad!! He said that he would refund my order tomorrow and theonly guarantee of that is his word. Hmmm. Read more
