I never received my cheese sticks or dipping sauce. The pizza was terrible.

I've had nothing but positive experiences from this location. Delivery is always super quick, drivers are always very polite and... my order is always right. Ordered today and with the way things are going on in the world, I know how short staffed businesseshave become, due to the fact that it's just impossible to keep a full staff, for all businesses. Ordered my pizza for take-out at 9:30 and they decided not to make my pizza because they wanted to be finished with the day.... They close at 11. I got a text saying my pizza was ready for pickup, but after driving there, ?Lexi? said they weren?t making mypizza. If I payed online they would have had to make it. This place is a joke. She said they were getting too many orders sothey decided not to make anymore. I love driving all over town just to return home without my order. Interesting... I am reading in below comments about their 'hygiene practice' in this particular store in Cape Coral.. well... after going in there to pick up my order I was kinda shocked how dirty their apron and the surrounding was.. yes.. I dounderstand they work with tomato sauce and flour but boy - they had the entire menu on their apron from last week?! Covidnumbers above 5000 in Cape and surroundings and none of them wearing a mask.. But that was not the funny part.. the realinteresting thing is.. after your order you do get an email from PapaJohns asking you for feedback - well I answered everyquestion at the end they ask you if you like to be contacted about your survey.. yep - sure contact me.. well 10 days later youget another email saying - 'do you still want to be contacted..' :-) really.. well.. now more than ever.. YES please contactme.. this is again three weeks ago.. Why I'm telling you this..? Well.. my recommendation; save the time to fill out the damnedsurvey if no one gives a xxxxx - instead fill out a Google review.. I guarantee, over time that works much better.. ;-) BTW -the pizza 'Works' with the original crust is a 5* pizza.. and it tastes even better if it is produced in a bit cleanerenvironment.. as the saying goes.. Delivery was fast but it?s disappointing that order specifications can?t be followed. We ordered 2 pizzas. The one that was... supposed to be original crust but it came thin crust. The other one was supposed to be light cheese but instead had extra cheeseand wasn?t sliced. Going back to Jets who gets it right every time. Read more

I would rate it lower, but I can't. I'm sure an established pizza chain like Papa John's would expect the most out of their... employees, especially in hygienic practices. But not this place! A man walked out of the bathroom and went straight to touchingthe pizza. I was not going to eat a pizza on which hands have been, that I can only dread have been somewhere unsanitary. I have tried for two weeks in a row to order from this Papa Johns. Last week, I had friends in town and we placed an order only... to find out 20 minutes later that the server was down and my order had been cancelled. So we drove to the store and was toldthat they couldn?t accept orders in person either. So, this week, I have a house full of family and we placed an order andreceived a confirmation and an estimated delivery time. Almost 40 minutes passed and we ?tracked my pizza? only to discover thatmy order had been cancelled AGAIN! I called the store to find out why and I was told that their ovens have been down sinceyesterday but the repair man never showed up to fix them. THEN WHY ARE YOU TAKING ORDERS???? So, with a house full of hungrypeople, I now have to find an alternative for dinner (and quickly)! Clearly, this particular store?s owner does not care aboutits loyal customers.
