Excellent food: baby back ribs fall off the bone, chicken breast moist, coleslaw, baked beans, green beans, Mac and cheese all... good. Had lunch plates with large servings. Took coconut cream pie to go - couldn?t even close lid slice so large - willdefinitely be 2 servings! Great service. Very reasonable price for amount of food. Highly recommend. I called for a pick up order of ribs, sides and a piece of coconut cream pie. I got home and NO fries... I wouldn't normally... call to complain but things are pricey for the business and me in this environment. I called and hoped for a win-win outcome. Apleasant young man answered and immediately referred me to his manager Ginger. I explained the situation and Ginger was verynice, polite and offered to compensate me with a nice substitute. Best ribs I ever had. Even slightly better then mine, I have to admit, no shame in that. The deserts are awesome as well. Happy... to come back. PS: Signs are from mans restrooms. They had even more and wife told me the one's in ladys restrooms are funny aswell. Read more
I had lunch at Rib City, while visiting family in the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area. It seemed to be a fairly new restaurant, nice... atmosphere, with friendly service. I ordered the Skyscraper. It's a sandwich piled with sliced meat of your choice on garlictoast with two sides. I had the smoked turkey breast, baked beans and fries. The sandwich doesn't come with any condiments, so Iadded some barbecue sauce to my sandwich. The turkey was tender and had a nice smoke taste to it. The bake beans were ok, alittle too sweet and I didn't like the ground meat in them, but they were ok. The fries were good, hot and crispy. I tried acouple of ribs, and they were tender and nicely smoked. I would try Rib City again if I'm in the area. Read more
Visiting from Ohio and wanted to grab something quick after a long drive. We ordered curbside, so it was nice not having to get... out the car in my pajama pants lol. So my review is 100% about the food as I didn't dine in nor really interact with any oftheir employees. I got the big fish sandwich and fries. I would have liked to try some actual BBQ, but I was just in the moodfor fish. My gf got the chicken, fries and Mac and cheese. Mine was good, nothing to complain about. My gf enjoyed her food. For me, a solid four stars. I would recommend it to others. Read more
My favorite BBQ place to kill all the BBQ cravings. The menu is great. Wife and I can always put something together that... perfectly suites our tastes at the moment. The daily specials are cool. Everything seems seasoned and cooked just right. Theservers we've encountered all have good attitudes and are proud of what they're handing out. And they should be. Gotta try tosave room for dessert (pic) too. Because the pies...OMG. Generous slices compared to most other restaurants. I appreciate thefact that this place can put together the quality of food, quantity of food, and great servers that they do and keep the pricesreasonable. I couldn't ask for more value out of any visit I've made here. I've had better BBQ, but I paid dearly for it. Andleft still somewhat hungry. I might still do that a couple times a year. But I could eat at this Rib City weekly (if not more)and leave grinning from ear to ear. Especially after some coconut cream pie. Read more
Great place, I can't wait to be back. Everything was very BBQ styled food they had the chicken quarter or half or whole chicken... then they had the ribs oh wow those baby back ribs fantastic. I also like the staff very friendly and attractive and I had noproblem being sure that you were going to have a good time. Read more
