This place is awesome. Great place to bring the kids or just go with a group of adults (adult milkshakes/wine slushy?s are... incredible). They have loveboat ice cream that is some of the best that we have had. The owners are extremely nice andpersonable. Always worth the stop wether you are local or just stopping by. Read more

This place is amazing! The service is EXCELLENT, everyone is super nice and welcoming! They offered us to try as many samples as... we wanted. There are tons of delicious ice cream options too! I had chocolate peanut butter and it was creamy, chocolaty withbig chunks of peanut butter! They also serve alcoholic milkshakes and wine slushies. The tables are super cute made out ofsurfboards. Will def go back to try more flavors! Read more

2nd trip here...loved the Elvis first time. Sadly they were out..understandably it's 8pm & this place is popular! I rarely post... a review but after this trip I needed to share. Jessie was phenomenal! She saw my disappointment after telling me they were outso she offered to combine the ingredients that make up Elvis...wow she went out of her way to satisfy us! This kid is awesome! Thank you Jessie! Read more

They were extremely nice and patient, especially to the children. Gave the kids multiple samples and even surprised me at the... table with a sample shot of the adult milkshakes (yum!). Kids ice cream had cute little ?eyes? on it that made us laugh and theybrought a bowl out after they (not me) noticed my preschooler?s cone was dripping. They have benches in front of the freezersso kids can see the flavors, the cups stacked up for size comparison, and all the cones posted as examples (with numbers foreasy ordering) - all great ideas to make the experience easy! The new location is great! Room to sit inside and outside. Theocean/octopus paintings are enjoyable to look at and the surfboard tables are cool. I also saw their event space for the firsttime and it looks like a great place to host a small kid?s treat party or a get together say moms night out, card game, etc.(especially with the adult drinks the offer) I will note it was a little pricey (seems like everything is these days?) butwe will definitely be back. Thanks! Read more

If you are craving a delicious treat in a hot day, this is the spot! They have so many flavors, we went on Sunday and they had... about seventy flavors!! It was hard to pick one, they all looked delicious! They also sell delicious boozy milkshakes with atwist for adults, our two favorites were the Mudslide and Amaretto Joy. They have an area available to rent for a specialoccasion. The service was excellent, everyone was so attentive and nice. We highly recommend this place. Read more

Service, quality, pricing and ambiance; this place is all-around outstanding. In addition to their standard ice cream and boozy... milkshakes, they have a quaint little room for kids' birthday parties. We rented the room for two hours and couldn't have bemore satisfied with the service we received. They set up crafts, decorated, had pizza delivered, and included a soft-servebuild your own ice cream bar for the kids. The staff even stuck around and played with the kiddos! 10/10, would absolutelyrecommend! Read more

I've driven past Sidecar many times in the past. I've always seen the big ICE CREAM sign on front, but with a BEER sign on the... side of the building (where the large octopus mural is). I always giggled to myself, like, "what kind of ice cream place sellsbeer? Or what kind of bar sells ice cream?" Fast forward to a week ago, when my preschool aged son attended a birthday partyhere. The parking lot itself is pretty tiny, but there is a coned-off grassy area in the lot adjacent to it for extraparking. You walk up to the entrance, and there are 2 doors. The left goes right into the checkout station, and you walk passedit into the main dining area. Once you're looking at all of the ice cream options, you can make your choice, and head back tothat checkout station. Then, you can sit in that main dining area, or head outside. There are several bistro sets, in additionto a picnic table. Back to the entrance, if you go in the right door, this is where our "party room" was. There's a long diningtable, and another back section with tall bar tables. I'm not sure if this is normally open to the public for dining, but todayit was just for our birthday party. There's a huge picture window in there that let's in tons of natural light. There areamazing murals all around the inside and the exterior side of the building. It's so colorful and lively and comfortable! Thewoman that worked there was so kind and cheerful and helpful. I'm not sure if she was the owner or not, but she wasfantastic! For the birthday party, the kids each got to choose between a bowl of soft serve: chocolate, vanilla, or twist. Theylined up to get their ice cream, then brought them back to that long dining table. There, they had several bowls of toppingsthat they could put onto their ice cream! The toppings included: crushed oreos, gummy worms, sprinkles, cherries, etc. Overall,I'd definitely recommend this place! So cute, and their wine slushies are so good! I got a Sangria, and it was $10 Read more
