This Starbucks is one of the best places I've been to. The staff works hard for you and will help you if there is a problem with... your order. It is always clean when I go inside. I recently purchased the ham and Swiss Croissant at this location which I do on a regular basis however this time within a... matter of 15 minutes I became very ill. During another visit at this location, I also heard an employee yelling and calling herstupid in front of all her co workers and customer?s which is very unprofessional. He should of brought them back in the backroom. This seem to bring down the moral of the employee?s . All this employee was doing was helping a elderly customer at thefront counter with their order and helping another employee who seem overwhelmed with all the orders on the coffee bar. Okay, I wanted to see what all the hype was about. So I ordered the Venti iced late w/toasted hazelnut foam they didn?t have the... foam, it was replaced w/something else not sure what it was. Had such a bad aftertaste & gave me bad sour coffee breath ????. Iliterally had to go 1 mile away down the road to Mky D?s to get a frappe to remove that icky bitter taste. I generally don?t goto Mky?s, but it was an emergency. This is only my opinion! I understand millions of u won?t agree & that?s fine. We?re allentitled to have an opinion.
