Night crew stinks. Every SINGLE time I go there after 4 I hate my coffee. When someone asks for light heavy cream it doesn't... mean WHITE. the morning people understand n my coffee is perfect. Today I got white coffee n I said I just wanted light heavycream so I get a new one n now its super dark yet doesn't taste like coffee. It's a fairly simple drink venti iced americano sfvan light heavy cream n 2 stevia. I bet u more than anything she jipped me on espresso shots n had an attitude the whole time. $5 drink u should be happy with it n apparently it was just an inconvenience I was ordering. Read more
I went through the drive through and the lady Lisa was overly rude to me. When i told her my order she said that they didn?t... serve that there even though I got the same drink at every other Starbucks. She?s very impatient and rushed me and didn?t offerme any other suggestions in what I should get to replace the drink. Will not be coming back! this store needs to work on theirwelcome ness. Been here multiple times asking for extra espresso shots in my drink, drive away and get home and there is no espresso in the... drink. Tonight is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened at this location. Last time I'm going there, atleast Dunkin Donutsactually give me my espresso when I pay for it. My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and we live 2 minutes from this location and gave it a shot a few weeks ago, and today... was our second shot.. and at this point this will be our last. The woman that works the drive thru on Sunday mornings, she hasshort dark boy styled hair. She?s very rude. The first time we stopped in, we asked for a quick second to look at the menu, sheimmediately replied ?if you need more time you can come inside? and then she proceeded to rush us. Fast forward to today she?sstill very rude with her responses. It?s not a very welcoming location and for that reason we will not be coming back. Sidenote, the drinks at this location aren?t up to par either. It?s very sad because it?s so close. But it?s worth making the drivesomewhere else. Read more
So tell me how I always go to this location and get an iced blonde coffee with hazelnut that a gentleman made for me here... actually when I was indecisive with an order. I go early on Mother?s Day in the morning to get the same thing I?ve been gettinghere for a long time now and a lady name Lisa was like in quotation sorry I can?t do that for you at this location. Very rudevery blunt not opening me up to any other suggestions. Just probably the worst morning of my life and she just made it even moreworse. Probably be my last service getting a coffee there. Literally everybody that I?ve had was super sweet and super cateringto what my needs are for coffee cause I?m not even a big coffee drinker and the woman name Lisa at this location really just wasrude and non delightful. Starbucks is truly missing the mark with this location. Not only was my drink awful it was scorching hot when I had specified... "warm" on the mobile order, ergo there should have been zero equivocation with the temperature. The egg bites were cold. All inall, I would avoid this Starbucks like the plague. When I walked in to pick up my order, the staff seemed disgruntled by thevery fact that they had a guest. Be mindful of this location as it is a quick turn off Del Prado; this unit is located in a'baby strip mall' next to T-Mobile and Chipotle. Read more
I?ve been coming here almost since this location opened and I?ve watched them grow their staff to the great crew that they are... now. I love that Sophia and Lauren know me by name without having to place an order! Further, the current manager is awesome! He does such an incredible job of balancing the demands of the job with leading his team and it shows! Looking forward towatching this team continue to grow! The past few times I've been here my order was messed up. Today I ordered 3 drinks, 2 of which they couldn't make because they... didn't have the proper ingredients. and they were filled less than half way, Coffee from Starbucks is expensive I would like toget what I actually pay for. Read more
