I LOVE SUBWAY! Hated this one due to staff. Took forever to get my food (like 40 min for 3 sandwiches) and the obvious problem... here is the hired help. I felt horrible for the gal that made my food. She was a sweet heart, but the guy she was stuck workingwith had rocks in his head and would not listen to anything she said and he was the clear and obvious subordinate and when youonly have 2 working together, that team has to work! She was the only one contributing anything. Send Mario back home so he canget back to his video games and find some different help so your business can thrive better. Read more

September 5th I placed an online order at 8:30 pm tonight to pick up. They close at 9:30 pm. I called to ask if they could chop... my salad and the lady says they dont do that while she coughing, sneezing, and sniffling on the phone. Ive been going to thissubway for over 5 years and not once have been denied a chopped bowl. She complained that the dishes are already clean and theyare about to close. Even though they close in 1 hour? when we go there around 8:45 pm her boyfriend was sitting in the lobbywith jail tattoos all over his face and body. He says to us they are about to close. So obviously the reasoning for them notwanting to do anything customer service related is this boyfriend. They close in an hour!!!! This is the worst service ive hadin a long time and i wouldnt doubt that im about to get sick from eating this food too. Read more

If you're going to close before 9:30 you should put a sign on the door. I get that 9:15 is close to 9:30 but you don't close at... 9:15. Read more

Chubby girl with the tattoos never wants to be there. Every single time I?ve gone in there she acts like she?s been there too... long. Never has meats prepared, no customer service, just asking for a sandwich is too much work. Guarantee she?s losing thisstore crazy money. Just talked to three different people who have had the same experiences. Every time a customer wants asandwich, she?s aggravated. Probably the wrong place for her to work. Do yourself a favor and get rid of her. Read more

This has to be the worse subway I have ever been in. The woman who was behind the counter was so rude. First thing I asked for... two wraps. She said I cant hear you. Like I was a child. Then I asked for a vegetarian wrap. She said well what do you want init. Like i just came off her shoe. You really shouldn't be working on a place you seem to absolutely hate. Will never go backthere Read more

Staff not taking precautions of any type. On Saturday, July 24, the two staff members made 4 subs, toasting all of them... (touching oven handle) put veggies on all 4 subs, one rearranged all lids on meats and cheese, one rang up customer all withoutchanging gloves. When I asked her to change gloves prior to starting my sandwiches the attitude came. The she attempted to cutthe second sandwich with the ranch coated knife. I asked her to please wash it because the.person eating the sub did not likeranch. Her response - only a.little would.have gotten on the sandwich. Very unacceptable. And neither were wearing masks (notrequired but would be nice). Clean gloves after touching everything would be EXPECTED. Read more

Subway, Hancock Bridge Pkwy., Cape Coral, Fl, Here is my 2 cents on the food & chatter Well I finally succumbed to the... advertising and was feeling cheap. So I got 2 foot long sandwiches, Meatball & a spicy Italian, 5 bucks each. I must say for 5bucks it was worth it. Though the meatball could have had more garlic it was good. The meatball was a bit messy. So not apicture perfect sandwich. My spicy Italian looked great and was made to my specifications. The staff was professional, quick andnice. I still prefer local joints.
