Tried multiple times to state my problem on the phone with the new GM. She says, says she did not say things here recently that... she has told me on the phone, also did not replace my full order when they gave me like super old burgers, three whoppers threecheeseburgers, and I absolutely love the re-dropped in the fryer french fries. Do not go here. Waste your time or even yourmoney. Simply go to McDonald?s across the street if you?re really craving Burger King take the extra drive across town. Read more

I could barely hear the service person through the speaker in the drive-through. I didn?t hear her confirm my order though I... waited. I pulled forward and there was a pick up truck ahead of me that had been there for what appeared to be a while. Afterwaiting what I considered, an excessive amount of time the truck finally pulled forward, and I made my way to the window whichclosed just as I got there. Nobody acknowledged my presence and nobody took my money. All I could see through the glass was theback of some person leaning up against the glass and not acknowledging my presence or opening the window to take my money?after sitting there for a minute or two with no contact I decided to leave. Husband waited 20 minutes off to the side for an order of 4 Impossible King sandwiches, two without cheese, and two fries. The... screen reflected that order and he was happy to wait. However after 20 minutes the food was rushed out and a recipe had beenprinted decently after our order time with 4 impossible whoppers. I can?t have Mayo, we spent 10 minutes wiping down someburgers, had to reheat them as they were cold served, and to top it all off the buns were so browned they were almost burnt. Drive thru lane was backed up and not moving. Had my daughter run inside, to order. When I walked in the were 2 women and two... men back behind the counter laughing and stalling. I got my food an order of jalapeño poppers which was horrible nothing insideonly crust, for the money and spent I expect my order in a timely reasonable manner atleast warm.
