I went through the drive-thru with myself and six kids. The lady taking the order was very patient and did get the order... correct. The fries were so fresh that my grandson said he burnt his mouth. An exaggeration, I know, but still told me that theywere very fresh. The rest of our food was also hot and tasty. The lady at the window asked us if we wanted anything extra anddidn't seem put out when we ask for extra ketchup and salt. No complaints. Read more
Pretty fast through the drive through. Devantae H. was exceptionally great, he was coming out to the cars and getting their... payment and running it back inside. Took forever to get our meal ! The young lady with the braids had an attitude ! She was very rude with an elderly gentleman. The... manager stood by the corner and just watched . She joked about it with her . Their we're only 3 people working . I'm notcounting the manager since all she did was stand there and hold a rag. The manager is to lazy to be in the position she is in .Go somewhere else because this place is awful. Read more
Legit one of the nicest BK's I've seen. Super clean, kids loved the play place, big TVs, new Coke Freestyle thing, clean... bathrooms, and really nice staff / team in the back. Food was solid. Southwest Whopper was good too! Read more
Poor customer service, got multiple things wrong, I had to return to get my sweet tea because they gave me an unsweet, I think... everything is good and come home to my meal looking like a 2 year old put it together. I worked fast food and retail for 6 yearsand have never seen a fast food place make so many mistakes so often. I'll let the tea slide, mistakes happen, but my meal lookslike it was dropped on the floor and stepped on. Read more
Terrible. Couldn't understand a simple order, missed part of our order, and their portion sizes are hilariously small... This is... their big King and Medium iced coffee... And when you ask for light ice they do light ice but they don't fill the cup up withthe drink... And they were slow. Won't be back!! Read more
If I could give a negative rating I would. The staff was grumpy and slow. They turned around saw me standing at the counter and... turned back around. This went on for 4 minutes. Then a front counter person was told to come up. She did and just stood thereand looked at me didn't say a word. Read more
