This location is just about a half-mile east off Interstate-55. It always seems busy, but they keep the drive-thru line moving... with workers outside who take your order and payment. There were some portable canopies set up along the drive-thru to sheltercars from the summer heat. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. I appreciate the politeness of the employees, and it isnotable that you are not asked to give a tip on the electronic pay device, unlike some other fast food eateries. Read more
I don't get chick fil a often so I was excited. However the service was sub par and unfriendly. So then I sat at a table with... my son and began to eat, when a worker walked up and asked me to move from my seat so she could open a door behind my table andget a broom. I did and sat back down. Then another one needed in this closet hidden behind a table. After the third timebeing asked to leave my seat in order to let them open a cleaning room and bring out dirty supplies past my meal I decided Iwasn't hungry anymore. Probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have went to. Service was robotic and less than half-hearted, the dining room was filthyand the... order was wrong: ordered the Crispy Chicken Deluxe with Pepper Jack Cheese rather than American and I ened up with a SpicyChicken Deluxe with no cheese at all. However, standing at the counter among all the other customers waiting service made making a complaint futile effort given the already dismissive nature of management already observed. I don't blame the younglady who took my order nor the apparently under-appreciated runner who was working orders to the dining room. Granted, theyappeared to be slammed and perhaps somewhat "in the weeds" despite an otherwise apparently well-staffed shift, but there areways to manage such stresses in less off-putting ways to your paying customers. Usually the food is always great. Hot and fresh but my last visit the fries were old as hell and my spicy chicken sandwich was... all dried out and pretty hard to eat. Overall though, most of my experiences with Chick-fil-A have been great. Read more
Great chicken, tea brewed right, fast and efficient service, and a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I love that flaky and... buttery biscuit and the crisp and juicy chicken with a cup of tea to start my day. :D Read more
CFA never disappoints. The chicken is superior to other fast food chicken joints because of the breading. The chicken minis on... the breakfast menu are insanely delicious. They are paired with a bread similar to a sweet Hawaiian roll. I recommendChick-Fil-A for any meal of the day. Read more
Every time we visit this location the are very busy with the drive through line wrapped around the building but they are always... quick to serve you and get your food to you in a timely manner. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We love to use their app toorder food to avoid standing in line to place the order. All food wad very good. Read more
Food was cold. Asked for mayo did not get it. Got a sauce which I do not like. Asked server if the mayo was in the bag. ... She did not check or offer it to me.. Cold chicken breast and no mayo. Your drive thru service need a lot of help, andmaybe your kitchen. Very BAD. Read more
