We arrived about 120pm, party of 3, placed our order on the tablet, took our number and sat down. All was good so far. 24... minutes later still no food or beverage. 3 other families came in after us, some had their drinks and breadsticks, while we satwith nothing. I went up to the young lady at the counter and asked about our food. She said I had to understand she was the onlyone working. I asked if I could just get my food as it was sitting on the counter. She said she was going to make fresh. I askedif I could at least get a drink and some breadsticks. She gave me our drinks only. Less then 5 minutes later our food arrives.Lasagna was cold as ice, meat sauce was hot. I took it back. 20 seconds later they bring it back with more hot meat sauce.Terrible customer service..I even gave a tip before my service..lesson learned. Girl behind counter did not act like she caredat all and it was all about her moving around so slow with no care. Do not eat here. cold food..horrible service!!! Read more
Love the chicken broccoli penne. Fazoli?s is a little slow so I recommend using their app to order ahead. Great breadsticks too.
The lady who brought out the food was polite, which was about the only pleasant part of our experience. Didn?t even get the... right size of what I ordered whereas instead got a small that took a ridiculous amount of time to make especially when we werethe only ones in the lobby eating. Even had to remind them that our food comes with breadsticks because we didn?t receive thoseeither. Highly disappointed especially when fazolis is usually our favorite. Floors and tables were disgusting and I washonestly embarrassed after bringing my friend with me. Read more
We were there today-8-28-22 for lunch.The food was cold and salad was mostly lettuce. The soda was so bad tasting couldn't... drank. Tried two different ones. Had to go ask for more breadsticks. Will not be back. Read more
Dining in, the staff was nice and food was great as usual....but water leaked from the ceiling into my food where we were... sitting so we moved. Dusty and sticky everywhere you sit. Cobwebs on light fixtures. It would be much better if this place wasclean. I just hope the uncleanness in the dining area isn't reflected in the kitchen too. Read more
I don?t want to complain too much about their Chinese food, but I have to say something. 10 dollar should not be wasted in this... restaurant. First the flavor is weird, Second the amount is so small. I suggest that restaurant see youtube to learn how to makeAmerican Chinese food. Read more
Dined in at 9:23pm, food hot, asked for bread sticks we were told our we don't have anymore they are put up already... While... carryout and drive thru are moving? The whole reason we visited the establishment was for the bread sticks... We were notgreeted upon entry, and while waiting too ask for a substitute which couldn't be done on the kiosk, we were further ignored.Usually love Fazoli's but we won't be back for a long while.
