ribeye was good. everything else we had was terrible. they need to clean the lines of their fountain drink machines. pop and... lemonade tastes awful. i mean AWFUL. we couldn't drink them. waitress didnt seem to care enough to remove them from our bill! weleft them almost untouched after telling her how bad it tastes. the only other choice was milk or tap water so we had nothing.would never go back. so bad. it seems like the whole place needs a good scrubbing. our booth and windows blinds were literallycovered in something and filthy. hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Haven't been to a Logans in years .swung in to check it out..hasn't changed much. Ample parking easy in and out...you know what... I mean..? Chain restaurant prices...all good..bartender was swamped and she hung in there..well done.. Will be back for dinnerand drinks..thanks guys Read more
I only gave 2 because the fried mushrooms were delicious. The rest if the meal was disappointing. 2 steaks were ordered medium... rare and a burger ordered medium. All were brought out medium well to well done. No pink at all. We didn't complain. We shouldhave. It was my friends birthday and we decided to give Logans one more try. We will not be going back. For 3 people at a chainsteak house, it was over 90.00. There were no alcoholic drinks ordered, only iced tea. They were not that busy for a Saturdayevening. Our server did a good job. Really disappointed tonight. We arrived at 5:55, told them we would take a booth. Did not get seated until 6:20. There was not a... large crowd, they were not that busy, there was 12 open booths I counted as well as 10 tables open. But we couldn?t be seated.The hostess was rude and not very personable at all. Acted like she didn?t want to be there. Her and another gentleman werestanding up there just talking and did not seem to care there were people waiting to be seated. After being seated we weregreeted quickly by our waitress zoey. She was very nice and checked on us often. Very pleasant person. For an appetizer weordered the ojp I believe it was called. It was pretty pitiful. No breading on the pickles and very few of them and jalapeños.Mostly the onion fries. I would not order again. I ordered the trio dinner. The pulled pork was good, the ribs were so, so. Alittle burnt. The sausage tasted like a burnt hot dog and wasn?t worth eating. The coleslaw was dry but the baked potato wasgood. All in all, very dissatisfied with the experience with the exception of the waitress. She was super nice and made ittolerable. I won?t be going back to this location. Read more
It was a bad experience. Worse than usual. Ordered food and it took almost an hour just to get it. And 20 min to get appetizers.... Plus several tables went after us and finished before we even got food. And the food was cold on top of it. Service was okay butthe speed and efficiency of the kitchen was horrid. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extremely good service. Steak was cooked perfectly. But the meat was not top quality and several pieces I couldn't chew. Waffle... fries were cooked way to long and very hard. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Read more
Dined in after the Parade of Lights. Place was dead so we figured we beat the rush after the parade. This was not the case. It?s... dead because the service and and food is horrible. One $75 meal later and we left hungry and annoyed. Also watched two othertables get up and walk out without eating due to lack of service. All the food took forever to come out despite being dead.Mozzarella sticks were cold and tasteless when the came out. Chunks of ice in the side salads. Queso dip was salty and cold andthick. Grilled shrimp were microwaved. They let us order the French onion soup and brought it to the table knowing they didn?thave all the ingredients to make it. The only thing that was decent was the kids chicken strips and fries but they took so longto come out that my son got tired and didn?t want them anymore. I made the waitress aware of all the things and nothing was doneto replace or comp anything. I noted everything on the receipt hoping the manager will see it and try to do better. Read more
